Product Usage Instructions

Product Installation

1. Installing the Batteries:
2. Remove the battery cover on the back of the timer.
3. Install 2 new AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included).
4. Firmly reinstall the cover back into the timer.
5. Installing the Timer:
6. Attach the timer to an outdoor hose faucet.
7. Please turn on the tap after programming the timer.

Automatic Watering Program Setting

SET CLOCK

1. Turn the dial to SET CLOCK.
2. Press the “+” or “-” button to set the current hour and minutes.
3. Press the “Save” button or turn the dial to save changes.

SET START TIME

1. Turn the dial to START TIME.
2. Press the “+” or “-” button to set the current hour and minutes.
3. Press the “Save” button or turn the dial to save changes.

SET HOW LONG

1. Turn the dial to HOW LONG.
2. Press the “+” or “-” button to select the watering duration.
3. Press the “Save” button or turn the dial to save changes.

SET HOW OFTEN

1. Turn the dial to HOW OFTEN.
2. Press the “+” or “-” button to select the watering frequency.
3. Press the “Save” button or turn the dial to save changes.

AUTO
Turn the dial to AUTO to allow your timer to water as you set the program. It will display the current day and time and follow the next watering plan.

OFF MODE
Turn the dial to OFF, and the screen will show OFF and the battery level. All programs are saved, and the timer stops working.

Additional Features
MANUAL WATERING Please make sure the timer is in Auto Run state.

1. Press the “+” and “-” buttons to select the watering duration from 1 minute to 23 hours 59 minutes.
2. Press the “Start” button or wait for 10 seconds without any operation, and it will start watering.
3. When you press the “Start” button again, the manual watering task ends, even if it is watering, and the timer will switch back to Auto mode.

RAIN DELAY
Please make sure the timer is in Auto Run state.

1. Hold and press the “Rain Delay” button for 5 seconds until the rain delay symbol appears on the screen.
2. Press the “+” or “-” button to set the duration of the delay from 1 to 7 days.
3. Press the “Save” button to save changes.

CHILD LOCK
Please make sure the timer is in Auto Run state. Hold and press the “Child Lock” button for 5 seconds until the child lock symbol appears on the screen. If you want to cancel the child lock, press the “Child Lock” button for 5 seconds again.

• Q: Can I use this timer indoors?
  A: No, this timer is designed for outdoor use only.

• Q: How often should I clean the filter?
  A: It is recommended to clean the filter regularly and replace it if worn to extend the working life of the timer.

• Q: What should I do with the timer during winter?
  A: In winter, please remove the batteries, drain the timer, and store it indoors to prevent freezing.

• Q: Can I use tools to install the timer?
  A: No, it is recommended to hand tighten the timer. The use of tools may damage the timer.

• Q: How do I prevent leakage?
  A: To prevent leakage, make sure that the water timer is tightly attached to the faucet and hose. Add rubber washers and thread seal tape if necessary.

NOTE:

1. For outdoor use only
2. Clean the filter regularly and replace if it is whom in order to extend the working life of timer
3. In winter, please remove batteries, drain and store it indoor to away from freezing
4. Do not install the timer with tools. Hand tighten ONLY. Use of tools may damage the timer
5. Do not subject the product to extreme force and shock
6. To prevent leakage, make sure that the water timer is tightly attached to the faucet and hose, add rubber washer and thread seal tape if necessary.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION

Installing the Batteries

1. Remove the battery cover on back of the timer
2. Install 2 new AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included)
3. Firmly reinstall the cover back into the timer

NOTE:

• Firmly restore the battery to ensure water resistance.
• Removed old batteries at the end of the watering season and disposed of them properly.
• Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on display.
• Please do not insert rechargeable batteries to avoid low voltage.
• The timer don’t have programmable memory, it need to reset once power off.

Installing the timer

1. Attach the timer to an outdoor hose faucet.
2. Please turn on the tap after programming the timer.

NOTE:

• When programming the timer, please turn off the tap to avoid getting wet.
• Do not install the timer with tools. Hand tighten only.
• Keep away from freezing. Timer should be removed to avoid freezing damage.
• Filter can trap dirt particles, please clean filter regularly and replace if worn.

2. Press the “ ” to set the current hour and minutes. Press ” or turn dial to save changes.

TIPS:

• Hold the“ or ”button can increase the time quickly.
• At the end of setting, please turn dial to save changes. If you press “OK” at the end, it will go back to the first setting.

Turn dial to AUTO to allow your timer to water as you set the program before it will display the current day and time, and followed to the next watering plan.

• All program are saved and the timer stop working.

FAQ

• Q1: The LCD screen does not display anything when the batteries are installed.

  • A1 Two batteries loaded are new 1.5V AA alkaline batteries, make sure the batteries are properly placed in the battery box.

• Q2: Water does not come on at preset time.
  A2 Check if:

  • Clock should be set to the correct time.
  • Start time is set to desired the time.
  • Rain Delay is on.
  • OFF mode is on.
  • The batteries are low.
  • The faucet is turned off.

• Q3: The hose tap connection/outlet leaks.
  A3 Check if:

  • The O-ring is connected correctly to the hose tap.
  • The connection outlet or water pipe is broken.
  • The faucet and water pipe has a different thread.

If necessary, please use an appropriate adapter or PTFE tape.
