Operation Instructions
Step 1: Assembly
- Place the cup body on the mainframe base.
- Attach the blade to the bottom of the cup body.
- Securely close the bottom cover.
- Place the cup lid on top of the cup body.
- If available, attach the hand ring to the cup lid.
Step 2: Adding Ingredients
- Make sure the blender is turned off.
- Remove the cup lid.
- Add your desired ingredients to the cup body.
- Make sure not to exceed the maximum water level indicated on the cup body (500ml).
- If necessary, add at least the minimum required amount of water (150ml) for proper blending.
- Securely close the cup lid.
Step 3: Blending
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn on the blender.
- The digital display will show the current mode (juicing or pulsing) and the countdown time.
- To start blending, press the PULSE button or the RUN button depending on the desired mode.
- Wait for the blending process to complete.
Step 4: Cleaning
- Make sure the blender is turned off and unplugged.
- Remove the cup lid, cup body, and blade from the mainframe base.
- Wash each component with warm soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air dry.
FAQ
Q: Why is the blender not blending and showing an ER message?
A: The usual reasons for this issue are that the gasket has not been put flat or it was misplaced. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Pull out the gasket and assemble it again.
- Make sure to keep the gasket flat and close to the bottom.
- When installing the bottle, press and tighten it.

Function introduction
Explanation of digital tube icon
- Power on and off:
- Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on, and the digital tube displays Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to shut down in the power-on state. If no operation is detected in the power-on state, it will shut down automatically after standing for 1 minute.
- Working mode:
- In the power-on state, click the button to enter the Normal Working Mode. After the digital tube display decreases from 20 to 0, the blender stops working.
- In the power-on state, double-click the button to enter the PULSE Juicing Mode (This is a jump signal juicing mode, which reaches the maximum speed instantly, and then rapidly changes the speed frequency. It is used to crush harder food, frozen fruits or ice cubes, etc., in this mode, it is more conducive to the extraction of food nutrition). After the digital tube display decreases from 30 to 0, the blender stops working.
- Idling protection:
- If you operate the blender without putting any food into it, the blade will only run for 6 seconds.
- Pause function:
- When working, click the button to pause juicing, the digital tube displays and the motor stops working. After the pause, click the button again to resume juicing, and the blender stops working after the digital tube display decreases from 20 to 0 again.
- Cup lock switch:
- If the bottle body is not installed correctly, press and hold for 3 seconds to turn it on, the digital tube displays and flashes 3 times, and the buzzer emits 3 warning sounds of di-di-di”. At this time, single-click or double-click will not work. After prompting 3 times, it will shut down automatically without any operation;
- Warm tips:
- Loosen the cup lid during work, the motor stops, the digital tube displays and flashes 3 times, and the buzzer emits 3 warning sounds of “di-di-di”. Then it will shut down automatically without any operation;
- When the bottle body is correctly installed and the machine is turned off or on, the buzzer will emit a prompt sound of “di”, and the digital tube displays 88
- NTC discharge temperature protection:
- When the NTC probe detects that the temperature exceeds 65 degrees during discharging, the motor cannot be started. When the NTC probe detects that the temperature exceeds 65 degrees during operation, the motor stops immediately, the digital tube displays and flashes 3 times, the buzzer emits 3 warning sounds of “di-di-di”, › and then it will shut down automatically.
- Warm tips:
- After triggering NTC discharge protection, the blender enters the temperature protection mode. In this mode, the blender cannot be turned on by long pressing, the digital tube displays and flashes 3 times, the buzzer emits 3 warning sounds of “di-di-di”, and then it will shut down automatically. It can be turned on again after 10 minutes.
- Low power protection:
- When low battery power is detected during operation, the digital tube displays and flashes 3 times, the buzzer emits 3 warning sounds of “di-di-di”, and then it will shut down automatically.
- Warm tips:
- After low power is triggered, long press, single click, and double click again will not work. The digital tube displays and flashes 3 times, the buzzer emits 3 warning sounds of “di-di-di”, and then it will shut down automatically, and the charging will resume.
- Stuck blades prevention:
- When the machine is jammed during operation, the motor is turned off, the digital tube displays and flashes 5 times, the buzzer emits 5 warning sounds of “di di-di di” and then the digital tube displays
- Charging:
- The digital tube displays when charging, and the battery indicator light flashes.
- After fully charged, the digital tube will display
- NTC charging temperature protection:
- When the NTC probe detects that the temperature is ≥45°C or lower than -10°C, the charging stops, the digital tube displays and flashes, and the buzzer emits a “di-di” warning sounds. When the temperature is lower than 45°C or higher than -10°C, the charging is resumed. (Temperature tolerance ‡2°C)
Fault resolution
- When starting blender, it shows ‘Er’ and can’t start?
- The cup body and the base are not in right place, please tighten the cup body till display ’88.
- When start blender, it shows ‘Lo’, and can’t turn on?
- The battery voltage is too low, please charge it in time.
- Stop down in 6 seconds after starting?
- Add more fruits and vegetables…. and attention to the level mark on body “Min” and “Max”.
- When starting blender, “EL” flashes for 5 seconds?
- Open the cup and remove the hard objects stuck on the blade, or mixture that exceeds the safety line, so just pour out a little.
- Er/Lo” flashes alternately when in charging?
- The battery pack fails, so replace the battery pack or return it to the factory for repair.
- Leaking?
- The silicone ring is not in the right place, please clean the silicone ring or reassemble the silicone ring.
Special attention!
After 10 times of continuous use, you should wait more than 10 minutes before you can continue to use to Prevent components from being damaged or another risk due to high temperature!
