Safety Information
- Avoid pulling on the cords and cables. Always grip plugs firmly when unplugging from power source and when disconnecting cables.
- For your safety, please use the AC adapter and the AC power cord included with the product. Other types or chargers may cause fire, electrical shock or malfunction.
- For indoor use only. Avoid exposure to external heat source, direct prolonged sunlight, dust, corrosive chemicals, smoke, and moisture.
- Never disassemble or modify the product.
- Do not place anything on top of the power adapter and do not leave the product in a car with the window closed, particular in hot weather.
- Please make sure that there is no power before cleaning or when you do not intend to use the product for an extended period of time.
- Do not touch the product with wet hands.
- Keep the product out of the reach of small children. Small children may swallow small parts or may wrap the cables around themselves, which may inflict injury or cause an accident or a malfunction.
- Do not touch or insert foreign objects into the connectors of the charging station.
- Do not swing the charging station, or the power cord.
Usage tips
- The power supply just for X-BOX One, it does not fit the X- Box One Slim or other versions.
- Before use, please remove the layer of film above the X- box One Power Supply to avoid overheat.
- Silent designing built in cooling fan with tranquil motor, running noiseless.
- If the power supply is still on working when the X-box One is off. You should change the power mode from instant-on power mode to energy saving mode in the main menu settings.
- To increase the life span of the unit, unplug your power supply cord from the outlet whenever it’s not in use.
- If the item doesn’t work please make sure that the light on the power supply shows green as this is an indicator that the power supply is receiving power and working well. Inspect your console for possible defects in the system itself.
- If there is loud noise from the power supply when you turn off the X-box One. Please inspect that if the X-box one system is in power instant-on mode.
- Place the unit in a well-ventilated location. The power supply becomes hot if there is not enough air flow.
- The product and it’s parts are made from metal and flame retardant materials. When disposing of the product, please follow local regulations for the proper disposal of such materials.
- To clean the product, use a soft and dry cloth. Do not use solvents or other chemicals. Do not wipe with a chemically-treated cleaning cloth.

Connect the supplied AC adapter with the AC power cord supplied and X-Box One
as the following image shows.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
If your X-box One is not charging or operate properly, take the following steps:
- Verify that the power adapter ports are inserted into the X- box One correctly and tightly. Plugs repeatedly inserted several times.
- If it does not work. Disconnect the power adapter from it’s power source and check that if the connections is ok and if there is power.
- Reconnect the Power Supply Adapter with the AC power cords supplied and the X-Box One. Check the LED indicator light. If the it lights orange or green, it means the power supply function well and maybe something wrong with the X-Box one. If neither the green or the orange light lights, the
- Power Supply Adapter may be malfunctioning.

Attention:
Noisy and the LED light indicates green abnormally while X- Box One is off?
It means you haven’t closed the X-Box One completely and your X-Box One is in the Instant-On mode. (Your power supply is on working condition and the built- in fan is still spinning)
Steps to Energy-saving:
- Scroll on the main menu or the Home screen to open the guide.
- Select settings.
- Select power & start up.
- Click the power mode.
- There are 2 modes to select. Instant-On and Energy-saving.
- Choose the Energy-saving mode.
Then the fan speed changes, the whirring noise that the fan produced will decrease.
