PRODUCT OVERVIEW

CHARGING

1. Connect the USB-C cable that is attached to the Qware dual charging dock to a PS5 (front port supports fast charging) or an adapter with output rate 5V3A.
2. Place the Qware dual charging dock on a stable underground.
3. When there is no controller in the dock the LEDs will be off.
4. When you put in a controller it starts charging and the LED on the charger is red during the charging process.
5. The LED turns to blue when the controller(s) are fully charged.

No lights| • Check if there is power on the Qware dual charging dock.
Slow charging| • Is the powercord in the front USB-C port of the PS5 (the one that supports fast charging). Check your adapter, the output rate should be 5V3A (5V1A or 5V2.4A is to low).

WARNINGS

• Do not continue to charge the controllers after they are fully charged.
• Do not use or leave the charger near a heat source such as a fire or a heater.
• Do not place the charger in any liquid, fire or on a heater.
• Do not hit or throw the charger.

CAUTIONS

• Do not use or leave the charger in very high temperatures (i.e. in direct sunlight).

• Do not use the charger where there is a lot of static electricity, otherwise the safety
  devices within the charger can be damaged.

• The charger should be stored at room temperature.

• Please follow electronical devices waste recycling guidelines when disposing of the charger.
