TE7 ACE creates exemplary visualizations—in emergency medicine, anesthesia and
intensive care. Mindray’s multi-touch sonography system ensures outstanding
image quality with each of its transducers. There are also intelligent
functions such as a puncture aid for precise needle guidance. They simplify
and optimize everyday hospital life.
Thanks to an integrated battery, the TE7 ACE enables power-independent work
for up to two hours with high mobility. It is ready for use at any time and is
very powerful. Intuitive operation plus easy cleaning and disinfection: These
are important features that significantly raise clinical standards and ensure
greater quality. A variety of connection options make the TE7 ACE an important
component of networks that enable effective help and make documentation
easier.
Intelligent fluid management
Precision is of fundamental importance, especially in critical situations
in intensive care medicine. Quickly available values save lives and support
adjustment of the therapy plan. The high quality of its imaging makes the TE7
ACE a special diagnostic tool. It provides detailed information about the
volume status. Advanced tools such as Smart B-Lines, Smart VTI and Smart IVC
provide valuable diagnostic information. They make it easier for clinical
staff to concentrate on the essentials of safe patient care.
The Smart B-Lines feature automatically calculates the number, percentage and distance of B-lines. This creates a unique, visual evaluation card for the intuitive overall evaluation of the lungs. The control of fluid infusion and the prevention of pulmonary edema can thus be influenced.
The Smart VTI function automatically calculates the VTI (Velocity Time Integral), the CO (cardiac output) and the SV (stroke volume and stroke volume variation). The trend diagram helps to record the values efficiently. It supports fluid therapy.
The Smart IVC function automatically tracks a change in the VCI (Vena Cava Inferior) diameter and calculates the Cl (Collapsibility Index) or DI (Distensibility Index) as well as the VCIVariment. This assistance supports the assessment of the volume status.
Safe tools for puncturing
The TE7 ACE is able to visualize the needle during an operation (in-plane
and out-of-plane) thanks to two particularly innovative methods. With a
magnetized needle, the device supports better identification of the needle and
needle tip, especially with the out-of-plane method. Before inserting the
needle tip into the skin, the target can be graphically targeted and
positioned. This increases safety and efficiency. Intuitive usability is
increased by programmable buttons on the transducer. The iNeedle function
provides better visualization of the needle during in-plane procedures.
eSpacial Navi™: For maximum safety during out-of-plane procedures With
eSpacial Navi™, the needle can be better adaptively visualized, especially in
out-of-plane procedures. The position of the tip and the orientation of the
needle are easily identifiable. This saves time and makes it easier to plan
the puncture channel before it penetrates the skin. In this way, eSpacial Navi
TM guides you to the target of the procedure more safely and easily.

iNeedle: Optimal needle visualization for in-plane procedures
The improved needle visualization enabled by our iNeedle feature is designed
for linear and convex transducers. This technology significantly improves the
visibility of the needle during an in-plane puncture. An intelligent algorithm
automatically adjusts the needle angle. The angle of the ultrasonic waves can
be precisely aligned. Compared to conventional visualization, the needle is
displayed optimally.
Intuitive Operation
The TE7 ACE makes every examination easier thanks to intuitive gesture
control. To operate the device No complicated keyboards or complex controls
are necessary. All Relevant functions and settings can be operated easily and
intuitively.
Modernes Touch-Display
Mindray has equipped the TE7 ACE with a state-of-the-art touch display. A
light tap on the screen in standby mode wakes up the device. The image area
can be easily changed. Squeezing or spreading your fingers allows you to zoom.
A swipe gesture enlarges the image area – even with fingers protected by
gloves.
Customizable layout
The TE7ACE permanently displays the most frequently used functions in the
upper half of its screen. It’s easy to view additional functions and features.
Strong data management
Mindray’s eGateway network solution enables the TE7 ACE to be seamlessly
integrated into existing networks. The patient’s clinical data, which has been
recorded by both ultrasound devices and the patient monitor, is summarized for
safe decisions. Whenever a patient is admitted: The relevant examination
information, images and reports can be easily transferred. This efficient and
paperless process simplifies workflows and reduces the risk of transmission
errors.
Thorough disinfection
All Mindray devices support the highest hygiene standards. With its
optimized design and high material resistance, the TE7 ACE facilitates
extremely thorough disinfection. Its touchscreen can be easily cleaned and
disinfected. Thanks to a ten-second lock function for cleaning the screen,
this can also be done during an examination – without shutting down the
system. The main device and the transducers of the TE7 ACE can be cleaned and
disinfected in such a way that the highest German disinfection standards are
achieved. Separate sterilization procedures are offered for the special
transducers of the sonography system.
Quick operational readiness
The exclusive design of the TE7 ACE meets all the highest demands for
bedside sonography. It can be mounted on an ergonomic cart, on a table stand
or using a wall mount. Thanks to a retractable power cord, optimized cable
management and an integrated battery, the TE7 ACE is ready for mobile use in
no time.
Best image quality in the POC area
Fast and precise ultrasound examinations are indispensable in the point of
care sector. The TE7 ACE’s advanced technology ensures high-quality imaging
and focused applications in the areas of anesthesia, pain management,
emergency medicine, intensive care and musculoskeletal examinations. Thanks to
a 22 MHz transducer, the device ensures outstanding results, especially for
nerve and MSK sonography.
A variety of transducers for every clinical application
Exclusive 3T linear probe technology, built-in crystal thermal control,
Combo Wave transducer technology and Single Crystal transducers are Mindray
exclusive benefits. The TE7 ACE offers a wide range of ultrasound probes,
including convex, linear and sector transducers as well as vaginal,
transrectal, TEE and intraoperative probes. There is also a new laparoscopic
probe.
Optimal FAST examination
The combination of increased penetration depth, small contact surface and
excellent image quality makes the C4-1 the optimal solution for a FAST
examination. It supports multiple imaging modes including CW Doppler for
cardiac examinations.
Excellent echocardiography with single crystal
Based on Mindray’s Single Crystal and 3T technology, the SP5-1s echo
transducer covers an extremely wide frequency bandwidth. With the help of
software settings, precise resolution and improved penetration can be
generated, especially in patients who are difficult to hear.
