Product Usage Instructions
Grill Assembly
- Start by assembling the hopper assembly parts (H1T to H17 and 14) according to the instructions provided in the hopper assembly section.
- Attach the hopper assembly (1A) to the cooking chamber assembly (1B).
- Attach the grease tray (2) to the bottom of the cooking chamber assembly.
- Attach the legs (3, 4, 5, 6) to the cooking chamber assembly.
- Attach the wheels (7) to the legs for easy mobility.
- Attach the locking castors (8) to two of the wheels to secure the grill in place.
- Attach the bottom shelf (9) to the legs for additional storage space.
- Attach the side table (10) to the cooking chamber assembly for extra workspace.
- Attach the handle (11) to the lid of the cooking chamber assembly.
- Attach the bezels (12) to the front panel (24) of the grill.
- Attach the diffuser (13) and power cord (14) to the cooking chamber assembly.
- Attach the grease pan (15) and meat probe (16) to the cooking chamber assembly.
- Attach the handle for the drawer (17) and the small bezels (18) to the grill.
- Attach the main cooking grid (19) and top cooking grid (21) to the cooking chamber assembly.
- Attach the folding front table (22) and brackets (20, 23) to the grill.
- Attach the front panel (24) to complete the assembly.
Hopper Assembly
- Start by assembling the hopper housing assembly parts (H6T, H11, H15, H16, H17).
- Attach the digital controller (H1T), cord retainer clip (H2), fan (H3S), auger housing assembly (H4C), bottom panel (H5), fire pot (H7), igniter (H8), and auger screw (H9) to the hopper housing assembly.
- Attach the auger motor (H10), hopper lid (H11T), auger bushing (H12), clean-out door (H13), thumb screw (H14), cord bracket (H15), safety guard (H16), and power cord (H17) to complete the hopper assembly.
FAQ
Q: Can I use the grill indoors?
A: No, it is not safe to use the grill indoors or in enclosed spaces such
as houses, tents, caravans, motorhomes, or boats. There is a risk of carbon
monoxide poisoning.
