READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTION BEFORE OPERATING FAN

CAUTION: Read and follow all instructions before operating the fan. Do not use a fan if any part is damaged or missing.

WARNING

  1. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
  2. This appliance has a polarized plug which is intended to fit in an outlet only one way. If this does not fit the outlet, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to bypass this procedure.
  3. This product is to be used indoors.
  4. Unplug from the electrical supply source before cleaning.
  5. If the power cord is damaged, contact your local service center or a qualified electrician to install an appropriate replacement cord to prevent any injury or damage.
  6. This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by the person responsible for their safety.
  7. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION

  1. Never insert fingers, pencils, or any other object through the guard when the fan is running.
  2. Disconnect the fan when moving from one location to another.
  3. Disconnect the fan when removing the grills for cleaning.
  4. Be sure the fan is on a stable surface when operating to avoid overturning.
  5. DO NOT use a fan in the window. Rain may create electrical hazards.
  6. The fan is for home use only.
  7. Do not leave the fan running unattended.

ASSEMBLY

Before commencing assembly familiarize yourself with all the assembly components(see chart and diagram);

The only tool needed for this assembly procedure is a screwdriver;

  1. First of all, loosen and remove the 4 screws from bar 12);
  2. next cross the bar A(12) and bar B(14);
  3. Be sure to align the four holes in the bar to the four on the telescopic tube(11) flange at the same time;
  4. Align the projection on the telescopic tube(11) flange with the extra hole on bar A(12), then tighten the four screws and insert the base cap(13) down over the feet;
  5. Loosen the fixing nut(10), mount the body(8) onto the telescopic tube(11), and lock the lifting knob(9);
  6. Loosen great grill securing ring(4) from the motor shaft pin(6);
  7. Position the rear grill(5) firmly to motor housing(7) and then fasten by turning the great grill securing ring clockwise till tightened;
  8. Insert the fan blades(3) onto the motor shaft pin(6), securing the fan blades using the fan blade securing cap(2),turning counter-clockwise to tighten;
  9. Install front grill(1) over top of the rear grill, fasten the two grills with the clips attached to the front grill(1);
  10. Fully tighten the small nut and bolt that passes through the rim of the grill;

Attention: Notches on the fan blade assembly must be seated firmly on the arms of the fan shaft. Fasten the retaining cap securely before use.

HOW TO USE

Speed control
The speed of a fan is controlled by a key or slider switch. Each is operated according to the following Operation of the slider switch to turn on the fan simply, slide the switch To any of the speed positions (1-2-3), To turn it off. slide switch to the ” 0″ Position.

Operation of key switch
To turn on the fan, simply push any of The speed control push buttons (1-2-3), to turn it off. Push the “o” button.

Oscillation
Push down the oscillation knob and the Fan will oscillate, pull up the knob, and the fan will not oscillate.

Tilting adjustment
Always switch the fan off before Making a tilt adjustment, the air Flow can be adjusted upward or Downward by simply moving the Guard up or down

Height adjustment
Loosen the height adjustment knob, then adjust the pipe to the desired. Height and tighten the adjustment knob.

USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord
  2. Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of attachment plug towards blades, (see fig. 1)
  3. Remove fuse carefully. Remove the fuse by prying it out carefully. (see fig.2)
  4. Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with 5Amp max, 125 Volt fuse.
  5. Close fuse cover. Slide closed the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug. (see fig. 3).
  6. Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.

Tips: Do not overexert when replacing the fuse or damage may occur. If it’s hard to close the access cover, make sure the fuse is fully inserted.

CLEANING

  1. Be sure to unplug from the electrical supply source before cleaning.
  2. Plastic parts should be cleaned with mild soap and damp cloth or sponge. Thoroughly remove soap film with clean water.
  3. Be sure not to get water or other liquid into the motor.
