Introduction
- 4G Dongle (“the Dongle” for short ) is a smart communication expansion module that works with EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra to implement wireless communication between the inverter and EcoFlow Web portal through the 4G network.

Product Installation
Install a nano SIM card
- A: Install the provided nano data prepaid SIM card, the traffic of which is : Local Data Package (monthly) €1.9/1GB, prepaid through App. The included SIM card can only be used for this 4G dongle, not for other 4G modules or third party devices.
- B: You can also install a nano SIM card (size: 12 mm x 9 mm; capacity: ≥ 64 KB) that is prepared by yourself based on the traffic requirements: monthly traffic: ≥1GB
- Install the dongle onto the 4G dongle port of the inverter.
Activate your SIM card through App
- Refer to the information on your SIM card and setup APN, then tap “Save” to activate your SIM card.
LED Indicator
- Ensure that the inverter has been powered on.
- Observe the LED indicator to check the operating status.

Safety Instructions
- Do not remove the SIM card when the card is in use. Otherwise, the card as well as your 4G Dongle may getdamaged and the data stored on the card may be corrupted.
- Do not use any SIM card that is not standard or isincompatible with the 4G Dongle. Otherwise, the card aswell as your 4G Dongle may get damaged and the data stored on the card may be corrupted.
- When using the 4G Dongle, ethernet and Wi-Fi to access a network simultaneously, their priorities are ethernet > Wi-Fi > 4G Dongle in order.
- Do not use this product in environments with high temperature, high humidity, strong magnetic field, or strong static electricity.
- Do not disassemble this product in any way or pierce it with sharp objects.
- Do not use unofficial components or accessories. If components or accessories need to be replaced, purchase them from the EcoFlow official sales channels.
