Warm Tips

  1. Pre-Use Inspection: Before each use of the gas mask, it must be ensured that it is in a normal state of use, and if the mask or accessories are found to be damaged, the mask or accessories should be replaced.
  2. Regular Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly check the sealing performance of the gas mask and the filter, and replace the filter in time. Clean the gas mask regularly to ensure its normal operation and service life.
  3. Do Not Modify the Mask Yourself: Do not modify the structure or components of the mask yourself as this may affect the performance and safety of the mask.
  4. Check the Expiration Date of the Filter: The shelf life of the filter is 5 years, keep a record of the time of use, and prohibit the use of expired filters to ensure that the filter is within its validity period.
  5. Selecting the Right Filter: Before selecting a filter, understand the hazardous materials you will be dealing with to ensure that the filter you select will provide the proper protection. Different filters are suitable for different hazardous substances and environments.
  6. During Use: Wear a gas mask at all times when in a hazardous environment. Be aware of the concentration and type of hazardous material in your environment and if you smell a odor or feel any discomfort, evacuate the hazardous area immediately.
  7. Removing the Mask: In a safe area, gently pull back the head strap and remove the mask from your face. Avoid touching the outside of the mask as it may be contaminated.
  8. Training and Education: Personnel using gas masks should be trained on how to properly wear, use, and maintain the mask. This includes training in recognizing hazardous substances, proper use of the mask, and responding to emergencies.

CAUTION

  1. The gas mask can only be used when the concentration of toxic gases in the air is <2% and the concentration of oxygen is >18%.
  2. After each use, the upper part of the canister should be screwed on the screw cap and the bottom of the sealing plug should be plugged and stored to avoid internal moisture.
  3. After each use of the gas mask, the mask must be cleaned, can improve the service life of the gas mask, the mask will be immersed in warm water at a temperature of not more than 49°C, cleaned with a soft brush until clean, and air dry in a clean environment.
  4. When not in use, the mask and filter should be stored in a dry, clean, air- circulating environment, to prevent moisture and overheating.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Unscrew the filter cap before assembly

  2. Align the air inlet Sealing

  3. Tighten clockwise

  4. Finally, remove the sealing plug after assembly.
