Safety Tips

Quick Start

Step 1. Assemble Dust Cup & Hose

1. Gently place the dust cup in the direction of the arrow. Make sure it’s well fixed.
2. Connect the hose to the device by pressing the button of the hose.

Step 2. Connect accessories to the Hose

Step 3: Plug in and turn on the machine

Note:Please start from Eco mode to make our furry friends get used to the vacuum

Electric Clipper

1. According to different needs of hair style to choose guard comb. (optional use)
2. Adjust the hair retention length

Use of Accessories

Dematting Brush
Gently eliminates tangles, knots, dander, and trapped dirt.
Tips: Be careful with the blade part

Slicker Brush
Quickly and easily remove loose hair for long and short haired dogs and cats.Effectively reduce shedding by up 95% of dead hair and tangles.
NOTE: During use,please pay attention to the cutting edge and sharp position,do not use excessive force to cause the skin scratches.
Hair Remove Brush
It can clean the hair from pets or from people’s clothes

Nozzle Easily cleans dirt and pet hair from sofa, carpet, keyboard,also hair clipper.

Care & Maintenance

Clean the Dust Cup

1. Press the blue button, and slightly lift the dust cup in the direction of arrow.

2. Open and empty the dust cup.
   Tips: The dust cup must be dry before install it back to machine.

3. Install the dust cup in the direction of the arrow.

Clean Electric Clipper

1. Make sure the button slides down to the bottom first. Push outward to remove the blade. Align the bottom of the blade with Athe slot and press inside to install the blade.
2. Suction the debris from the blade and clipper.
3. Drop some lubricant (not included)on the blade.

Clean Filter

1. Remove the dust cup, take out the filter.
2. Suction the filter or wash it for cleaning.
3. Dry filter in a ventilated place for at least 24 hours after cleaning
4. Install the filter back to the original place after it is completely dry, please be sure to install it properly.

Notes:

• Filter should be cleaned at least every other month.
• Do unplug the power before cleaning.
• Filter must be dried before install back into the machine.
• Undried filter can cause short circuits and machine malfunctions.
  Hose Storage
  Winding the hose clockwise on the vacuum, then clip the hose head on the side slot.

Power Cord Storage
Winding and placing the power cord properly at the bottom of the vacuum.

Specifications

Warranty

1. 12 months warranty from the purchase date. Limited free repair for the purchased product. Consumables and accessories are not subject to warranty.

2. Within the warranty period, if the machine is damaged or malfunctions during general use, it will be repaired free of charge . If it cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided.

3. The following conditions are paid repairs even during the warranty period:
   (1) Damage caused by misuse or carelessness.
   (2) Damage in transit.
   (3) Damage caused by pets (biting, scratching, etc.).
   (4) Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane or other natural disasters.
   (5 Damage during use other than general household use (long-term commercial use, etc.)

4. This warranty does not cover any of the following conditions:
   (D Product purchased from sales channels without authorization (secondary market, auctions, etc.)
   (2) Disassembles or repairs the product without permission.
   (3) Consumables and accessories.

5. Shipping costs will be borne or reimbursed by us when the product is covered by warranty service.
   However, cost of packaging materials will not be covered.

6. If it is not covered by the warranty, shipping costs and repair fees will be charged when returning.

7. The warranty period of the replacement product is based on the original order’s warranty.

8. Repair or replacement is only valid in certain countries or areas.

10. Warranty terms may be updated without notice. We reserves the right to it. All repairs and replacement services will be handled under the latest warranty terms.
