Safety Cautions
a) This unit uses AC220V/50Hz power. If voltage fluctuation falls outside
198V~242V AC, a qualified electrician should install a 500va voltage
stabiliser.
b) The user should carry the plug when the unit is not connected to a power
outlet.
Dragging or pulling the power cord will create a hazard.
c) Do not remove the power cord from the unit or disconnect the plug from the
power cord.
d) Always use a safe and reliable, single-phase power outlet installed by a
qualified electrician. The ground wire must not be connected to a gas pipe,
water pipe or neutral electric line.
e) Never splash water on the unit; always keep the unit away from water.
f) Keep the unit away from all hazardous substances and explosives, including
but not limited to gas, alcohol, bonding agents, gunpowder, etc.
g) Keep the unit away from inflammable substances such as paints and solvents.

itself.
j) Do not drill holes or install other objects on the casing.
k) This cooler is not suitable for storage of pharmaceutical products.
Delivery and storage
a) Always keep the unit vertical, the angle to the horizontal line should not
exceed 50°
as this will damage the compressor and affect normal operation.
b) The unit should be stored on a solid platiorm, away from exposure to shock
and vibration.
c) Keep the unit away from heat sources and avoiding direct sunlight.
d) Keep the unit away from water or high humidity. Splashed water and dirt
should be wiped off immediately with soft cloth.
e) Do not place the unit in area cold enough to freeze.
Installation
a) Remove the carton and packing foam, including the botom foam before using.
b) Clean the unit with a soft dry cloth before connecting to power.
c) Leave at least 20cm between the back of the unit and the wall for
ventilation and leave adequate space for the door to open (open angle of
160°).
d) Adjust the feet to ensure the unit is stable and level.
e) After placing the unit in position, leave it for 30 minutes before
switching it on.
f) Close the door and connect the power, turn on the light switch on the
control panel.
g) After connecting the power, the unit should be kept empty for one hour to
get to temperature.
Setting and adjustment of temperature
a) Adjust the storage temperature using the temperature controller located on
the back of the case (see image below).
b) Using the digital controller to adjust the temperature. + increase the
temperature and – lowers the temperature inside the cooler.
c) The digital display shows current temperature inside the cooler.
Storing products in the counter display cooler
a) Do not overfill the unit, leave space around the product to let cold air
inside the counter display cooler to flow.
b) Shelves are designed to hold 18 botles, 36 botles in total. Do not exceed
this load limit.
c) Do not put hot items into the unit directly until they are at room
temperature to ensure efficient operation and prolong the service life of the
compressor.
Maintenance
Disconnect from the power supply before maintenance of this unit!
a) Clean the unit with a soft damp cloth and neutral, non-caustic detergent.
Dry thunit after cleaning to avoid corrosion.
b) Keep the door gasket clean, wipe clean with a damp cloth as required.
c) Empty the condensation tray regularly – do not allow it to overflow. The
condensation tray slides out from under the front of the unit.
d) If there is frost build-up on the evaporator, empty the cooler, disconnect
the power, and allow the frost to melt. Clean up the water and connect the
power again.
e) For light replacement – contact the manufacturer or a licenced electrician.
f) Do not use boiling water, washing powder, harsh chemicals or acid to clean
the unit. Do not pour water on the unit to rinse it. Do not use hard brushes
or steel brushes to clean the unit.

plug to a different power point
Abnormal operation of compressor or buzzing sound| The power voltage isout of
rated range| Disconnect power supply immediately.
Contact a licenced electrician to check voltage is normal and if necessary,
install a 500VA voltage stabiliser
Compressor operates continuously and there is not cooling effect or frost
build up on the inner surface of the unit| Refrigeration system is faulty due
to leak or blockage in refrigerant system| Disconnect the power supply
immediately.
Contact a licenced refrigeration mechanic for maintenance.
There is frost or ice on the inner walls of the unit and the compressor never

Light is not on| The light is burned out| Replace the light
The internal temperature is too high and the compressor operates continuously|
Poor heat dissipation and ventilation of casing or ambient temperature is too
high| Improve ventilation and lower the ambient temperature
Too much warm product put into unit at the same time| Take out some product
until the temperature drops. Add product when unit is working at set
temperature.
