General Safety Guidelines

Read the user manual before operating any appliance or equipment.

Check the voltage available at your home and ensure that it matches the voltage mentioned on your appliance before switching it on.
The appliance should not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they are under supervision or have been given correct and necessary instructions.

Always keep the unit on a dry and flat surface.
Never touch any appliance or equipment with wet or damp hands.

DESCALING : The kettle should be cleaned regularly to remove scale. If the kettle shuts down automatically, it means the kettle needs descaling. Methods for descaling:

Use special descaling products and follow the Instructions provided.
Add 0.5 liters of 8-degree white vinegar, soak for one hour, then discard the vinegar and wash the kettle 4-5 times with water.
Add 0.5 liters of water and 25 grams of lemon acid, soak for 15 minutes, then wash the kettle 4-5 times with water.
This appliance is intended for household and similar applications, such as:

Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments.

Use by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential-type environments.
Bed and breakfast-type environments.
