Parts List

Unpack your fan and check the contents. You should have the following items:

Installing Your Fan

READ AND SAVE THIS INSTRUCTION

WARNING – TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS, OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Use this unit only in the manner intended by the manufacturer. If you have a question, contact the manufacturer.
  • Before servicing or cleaning the unit, switch the power off at the service panel and lock the service disconnecting means to prevent power from being switched on accidentally.
  • When the service disconnects means cannot be locked securely fasten a prominent warning device such as a tan to the service panel.
  • To Reduce The Risk Of Personal Injury. Do Not Bend The Blade Brackets When Installing The Brackets. Balancing The Blades, Or Cleaning The Fan. Do Not Insert Foreign Objects In Between Rotating Fan Blades.
  • To Reduce The Risk Of Fire, Electric Shock, Or Personal Injury, Mount To the Outlet Box Marked ‘Acceptable for Fan Support of 15.9 kg (35 lbs) or less’ And Use Mounting Screws Provided With The Outlet Box.
  • To Reduce The Risk Of Electric Shock, Disconnect The Electrical Supply Circuit To The Fan Before Installing Light Kit.

Tools Required

Remove the Ceiling Bracket

  • Remove two screws. (Fig.1 CD)
  • Loosen the two screws (Fig.1 (2))
  • Turn the ceiling bracket counterclockwise, turn the screw on the edge of the hanger tray to the L-shaped opening of the fan cover, and lift the ceiling bracket. (Fig.1 (3)—–4 )

wARNING

  • To avoid the possibility of electric shock, before installing the fan, unplug the power supply and turn off the circuit breaker of the socket box associated with the wall switch position.

Option 1
Machine Screws
(The machine screws are the ones that came with your outlet box.)

Use machine screws
(provided with outlet box) and washers when securing to existing ceiling fan- rated outlet box. Make sure it is securely installed and is acceptable for fan support of 15.9 kg (35 lbs) or less.

Option 2
Machine Screws
Use wood screws and washers (included) when securing to support the structure with an approved electrical outlet box. Drill 9/64″ pilot holes in the support structure to aid in securing the hanger with hardware found in the hardware bag.

Option 3
Expansion screws
For the Concrete Ceiling: Mark the location for the ceiling fan first, then drill two holes in the ceiling to aid in securing the ceiling bracket with two expansion screws provided, and secure the ceiling bracket to the building structure with two expansion screws provided, tighten the screws. (Fig.2)

Hanging Motor housing
Lift the Motor housing and hang it on the hook of the ceiling bracket.

Wiring the Fan

  • All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes. If you are unfamiliar with wiring or in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.
  • To reduce the risk of fire or injury do not use this product in conjunction with any variable(rheostat) wall control.

Wiring according to the wiring diagram. (Fig.4)

After wiring, put the Receiver into the motor housing. (Fig.5 )

Professional tips

The splices after being made should be turned upward and pushed carefully up into the outlet box.

Installing Motor housing
Remove the motor housing from the hook and align it with the ceiling bracket hole on the suspension plate, push up, and turn Clockwise. (Fig.6) 5.2 tighten the four screws. (Fig.7)

Attaching the Fan Blade
Attach the blade to the motor with blade screws. (Fig.8) 6.2, Repeat this step for each blade assembly. (Fig.8)

Assembling the Light Kit
Feed the wire through the center hole of the lamp base. (Fig.9) 7.2, Fix the lamp base with screws. (Fig.9)  Connect the motor end LIGHT (L) to the LED end LIGHT (L) using a wiring cap. (Fig.10)  b) Connect the motor end LIGHT (N) to the LED end LIGHT (N) using a wiring cap. (Fig.10) Attach the LED to the lamp base (with a magnet on the back of the LED)

The lampshade installation

  • Install the lampshade to the lamp base by turning it clockwise to lock it into place. ( Fig.11 (1) -(2) )

Remote Control Operation Guide

Remarks
When the remote control cannot be used. Turn on the power switch, and press the”SETUP” key within 3 seconds, the receiver issues a”tick” two sounds, and the pair code is successful. If not successful, turn off the power for a minute and repeat the above.

Warm tips
Check the battery when the remote control is not effectively controlled.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance

The fan doesn’t work

  • Make sure the power switch is on.
  • Check the circuit breaker to ensure the power is turned on.
  • Make sure the blades spin freely.
  • Turn off the power from the circuit breaker, then loosen the canopy and check all the connections according to the wiring diagram.

Excessive swaying of the fan

  • Make sure the blades are properly installed on the blade iron posts.
  • Turn the power off, support the fan carefully, and check that the hanger ball is properly seated.
  • Use the provided balancing kit and instructions to balance the fan.

Noisy Operation

  • Make sure the blades are properly installed.
  • Check to see if any of the blades are cracked. If so, replace all of the blades.
  • Remote Control of the Fan is Erratic
  • Make sure the battery is installed correctly.
  • Install a fresh battery.

WARNING
If unusual oscillating movement is observed, immediately stop using the ceiling fan and contact the manufacturer, its service agent, or suitably qualified persons. The maintenance cycle and method of maintenance
It is recommended to inspect the connecting components of the fan at least 1 once a year, such as hangers, blade racks, and fan blades, to ensure that their connections are still safe and reliable. 1Regularly clean the ceiling fan to maintain a clean and bright surface. When removing surface dust, please use a soft brush or cloth to avoid damaging the surface. When removing oil or sediment, a slightly damp cloth can be used to wipe it off and do not rinse it with water.
