■ Instructions on the air valves
■ Key Considerations:
- Please keep the vehicle in the starting state when using the power cord of the cigarette lighter to take power;
- Please connect the trachea correctly to avoid air leakage;
- When the cigarette lighter is not turned on when the product is connected, please check whether the cigarette lighter is connected and whether the car is in the started state;
- If there is no work or other operation for 2 minutes in the middle, it will be automatically shut down, and the device can be turned on by clicking the power switch button.
Precautions
-
The tire inflator is not a toy. Children are not allowed to use it. Operators should be older than 16 years old. During operation,please keep it out of the reach of children.

ADC motor is embedded in the tire inflator. Sparks may be generated during operation, and do not use it in flammable and explosive environments.
-
Shut down the tire inflator in the case of abnormal noise or over tempe rature.
-
Make sure that you have selected the correct unit of measurement before setting up the inflation pressure value, otherwise it may lead to accidents such as tire
Common unit conversion is as follows: 1 bar = 14.5 psi, 1 bar = 100 kPa, 1 bar = 1.02 kg/cm². -
Keep the tire inflator attended while the inflation is in process. Observe the process to prevent over inflation.
-
To maintain the service life of the tire inflator, it is not allowed to work consecutively for more than 30 minutes.
-
Keep the power cable of the tire inflator away from water and other liquid.

Fault types | solutions |
---|---|
Slow inflation | Check the leakage at the airpipe. |
Check the connection between the air pipe and the tire.
Check the leakage at the tire.
Inflation failure| Check the damage on the tire and the connection between the
air pipe and the tire.
If the inflation failure is on balls, check whether the pump needle is planted
too deep in the ball or whether the threaded end of the pump needle is aligned
with the air valve.
Inflation startup failure after the pressure is set| Check whether the current
tire pressure is higher than the set pressure.
Operation failure of the tire inflator after connected with the car cigarette
lighter power supply| Check the lighter for abnormality.
Check the fuse in the lighter for abnormality.
Automatic shutdown when the air pipe is connected| The tire inflator is set
with automatic shutdown without operation in 2 minutes. Tap the switch to
restart the tire inflator.
Air leakage when the air pipe is connected| Screw the air pipe tight or check
whether the air pipe is correctly connected.
Pressure drop at the tire| When the pressure reaches 36 psi during the
pumping, the pressure may drop by 1 – 2 psi. There are pressure differences
between the exhaust and inlet holes.
Automatic shutdown after operation for a long time| This fault may be resulted
from over-temperature protection after long-term operation. Cool down the tire
inflator for 5 – 10 minutes and restart it.
Over-heat| The tire inflator cannot be operated for long periods of time. It
is advised to operate the tire inflator for 10 minutes at a time, followed by
a 5-minute break.
