Product Usage Instructions

Assembly Preparation:
Carefully remove all components from the packaging and set them aside for assembly.

Attaching Arm Boards:

1. Align the hole of the arm board 5-L-2 with the arm wooden frame 234L, and thread tighten the screws.
2. Align the hole of the arm board 6-R-2 with the arm wooden frame 234R, and thread tighten the screws.
3. Align the hole of the arm board 5-L-1 with the arm wooden frame 234L, and thread tighten the screws.
4. Align the hole of the arm board 6-R-1 with the arm wooden frame 234R, and thread tighten the screws.
   NOTE: DO NOT tighten the screws completely until all the screws are fixed in the correct position.

Attaching Seat Armrest Cushion:
Align, stick, and zipper the seat armrest cushion 140 to the seat frame 39.

Attaching Back Cushion:
Align, stick, and zipper the back cushion 7 to the back frame 88.

Attaching Backrest Ear Part:
Remove the bottom of the back fabric from the Velcro on the seat base. Connect the cables, then cover the back fabric.

Attaching Supporting Feet:
Take out the supporting feet and nuts from the accessory box. Assemble the two supporting feet as shown on the bottom of the mechanism to avoid toppling and falling.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION: At least two adults are required to safely complete performing this task.
Other lifting attempts may risk back injury due to large and heavy part(s).

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging and set aside for assembly.

2. Align the hole of the arm board 6-R-2 with the arm wooden frame2\3\4R, thread tighten the screws.

3. Align the hole of the arm board 6-R-1 with the arm wooden frame2\3\4R, thread tighten the screws.
   *NOTE: DO NOT tighten the screws completely until all the screws are fixed in the correct position.

4. Align the hole of the arm board 5-L-2 with the arm wooden fram 2\3\4L, thread tighten the screws.

5. Align the hole of the arm board 5-L-1 with the arm wooden fram 2\3\4L, thread tighten the screws.

6. Attach the metal bolts C to the armrest L with screws M6×20 F.

• NOTE: Place the wide side of the metal plates upward for installation. If the position is incorrect, this parts cannot be properly snapped into the seat’s metal plates. 3. Refer to step 2 to install the metal bolts on the armrest R. 4. Insert the metal bolts of the 2 armrests to the seat as shown below. Ensuring they are correctly in place. 5. Align ,stick and Zipper the seat armrest cushion 10 and the seat frame 9. 6. Align stick and Zipper the Back Cushion  7 Dand the Back Frame 8. 7. Insert backrest metal bolts to the seat as shown below. Ensure it is correctly in place. 8. Align and stick the backrest ear part  1 to the assembled backrest. 9. Remove the bottom of the back fabric from the Velcro on the seat base. Connect the cables then cover the back fabric. The method of connecting the power cords.
