Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Assembly of C Panel, Columns, and Shelves

1. Take out the C Panel, A Column (Left), B Column (Right), and D Shelf from the parts list.
2. Attach the C Panel to the A Column (Left) and B Column (Right) by aligning the mounting patterns.
3. Ensure there is a proper gap (>5mm) between the columns and the screws. Do not screw firmly at this stage.
4. Attach the D Shelf to the bottom of the columns.

Step 2: Attachment of Caster Wheels

1. Take out the F Caster wheels from the parts list.
2. Attach the F Caster wheels (4 in total) to the bottom of the mobile bracket, ensuring they have brakes.
3. Pay attention to the direction indicated on the caster wheels and align them accordingly.

Step 3: Hanging Rack Assembly

1. Take out the H Screws (M8 x 16) and J Screws (M8 x 25) from the parts list.
2. Hang down the H Screws through the large holes on the columns, and then insert them into the small holes.
3. Repeat this process for all H Screws.
4. Attach the hanging rack (E Mounting Patterns x2) to the H Screws using the J Screws.

Step 4: Final Tightening

1. Ensure the mobile bracket is placed on level ground and all components are in the correct position.
2. Tighten the upper part of the mobile bracket first.
3. Put down the cart and then tighten the lower part.
4. Make sure all screws are tightened in sequence.
