ASSEMBLY GUIDE

Congratulations, you are now the owner of a brand new WYIDA chair!
Before enjoy the comfort chair, you have to put it together. This Assembly Guide will take you through the basic assembly process. To make sure your assembly goes smoothly, please follow the assembly instructions, and especially the important safety information.
Also, while it is possible to assemble the chair on your own, having a second person to help you makes it even easier.
Before you begin, please check if there are any missing parts from the package. Should there be any issues, please don’t hesitate to drop us an email and we’ll help you out ASAP.
If you run into any difficulty during the assembly, remember to check out the Assembly Video to see if you’ve missed anything. If you’re unable to resolve your problems, drop us an email as well and our support team will assist you.

Seat Base Assembly

*NOTE: DO NOT tighten the screws completely until all the screws are fixed in the correct position.

  1. Open the backrest and take out the accessories.

  2. Pause and check if there are any accessories missing.
    If there is any missing, damaged or other special circumstances, you can contact us through Amazon, or send an email to [email protected]

  3. Attach the 5 support feet to each of the 5 corners of the pentagonal base.

  4. Turn the star base upside down, place the black screws on the inner holes of the five support feet, and tighten.

  5. Turn the Star Base upside down, then press the Casters into the holes at the end of each base leg.

  6. Turn the Star Base upright and insert the Lift into the center hole of the Star Base.

  7. Put the Gaslight Cover on top of the Gas Lift.

  8. Prepare left and right side armrests, cushion, backrest, 8 screws, 1 Wrench.
    Note: Armrests are labeled with an “L”(Left) or “R”(Right) to show which sides they should be placed on.

  9. The 2 holes below align to the screw holes in the cushion and the 2 holes above are aligned on the backrest.
    Tighten the holes underneath and in the cushion on the left and right sides first.HOMYEDAMIC 7011 High Back Ergonomic Office Chair - Fig

  10. Secure the left armrest to the seat cushion with 2 x M6*35mm bolts, being careful to tighten only 50%.

  11. Secure the right armrest to the seat cushion with 2 x M6*35mm bolts, being careful to tighten only 50%.

  12. Place the backrest against the holes in its left armrest, and fix the same with 2 M6*35mm screws, tightening them by 500%.

  13. Place the backrest against the holes in its right armrest, and fix the same with 2 M6*35mm screws, tightening them by 50%. Align this Seat Plate with the arrows pointing down to the 4 holes on the bottom of the cushion.

  14. Install the 1-4 shown on the diagram, in diagonal order, tightening the screws 50% first and waiting until they are secured to tighten them all the way.

  15. Align the holes in the Seat Plate, as shown, with the red area at the top of the Gaslight.

  16. You need to pick up the cushion and backrest and then align the red part at the top of the air rod and insert it.

  17. After adjusting the cushion until it is level, tighten all 4 screws on the left and right sides to 100%.

  18. After tightening the screws, cover the screws by placing the 8 plastic caps over the screw holes in sequence.

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE

  • Do not stand on the chair, Do Not use the chair as stepladder.
  • Use this product for seating one person at a time.
  • Do not use the chair unless all bolts and screws are firmly secured.
  • Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent puncturing the fabric.
  • Every 6 months, check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight.
  • To clean, spot clean only using a damp towel and mild cleaner, first test on a small,, obscure area of fabric.
  • Chair weight limit not to exceed 400 Ibs.

WARRANTY

We adopt a 30-day return policy, plus a 1-year warranty and permanent after- sales answers. Go to www.wyidaseat.com and enter your order number to get an additional warranty extension of up to 12 months.
RETURN POLICY: We adopt a 30 days return policy which means that all products purchased on this website may be returned to us within the timeframe.
You need to contact us within 30 days after the product(s) came into your possession and the product(s) must be retimed to us without any undue delays. Returned products must be retimed in the same condition as they were sent and they must be sent in its original packaging.
WARRANTY POLICY: COLERLINE promises to repair any COLERLINE chair that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within one (1) and year from the date of original purchase so long as you, the original purchaser, still owns it.

This warranty is subject to the provisions below.
EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:

  • Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
  • Misuse, abuse or excessive use of the product.
  • Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Coler line
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
  • Products used for rental or commercial purposes.
  • Damage caused by the carrier in-transit is handled under separate terms.

Seating Usage: Normal use for seating is identified as the equivalent of a single shift, forty- (40) hour workweek. To the extent that a seating product is used in a manner exceeding this, the applicable warranty period will be reduced in a pro-rata manner.
