  1. Read all instructions before using this heater.

  2. Do not use this heater outdoors.

  3. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Never locate the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.

  4. Do not run the power cord under carpeting.
    Do not cover the power cord with throw rugs, runners, or the like. Arrange the power cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.

  5. To disconnect the heater, turn controls to off, then remove the plug from the outlet.

  6. Connect to properly grounded outlet only. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or reloadable power tap (outlet/power strip).

  7. To prevent a possible fire, do not block operate the firebox on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.

  8. There is a thermostat limiter inside the heater. When the inner temperature overheat or abnormal heating occurs, the thermostat protective device cuts off the power supply to avoid fireplace from damaged or risk of fire.

  9. Use the heater only as described in the manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electrical shock, or injury to persons.

  10. WARNING: Manufacturer and seller expressly disclaim any and all liability for personal injury, property damage or loss, whether direct, indirect, or incidental, resulting from the incorrect attachment, improper use, inadequate maintenance, unapproved modification, or neglect of this product.

WARNING: There is no user serviceable parts inside fireplace/heater. If the unit appears to malfunction, turn the unit off and unplug from the wall immediately and contact Customer Service.

  • This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving thos heater. Keep combustible material, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3ft (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the side or rear.

  • Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children
    or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.

  • Always unplug the heater when not in use.

  • Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner. Return the heater to an authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.

  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust openings as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage to the heater.

  • A heater has hot and arching or sparking parts inside. Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.

CAUTION: While the heater is in use, the top center of the fireplace can get hot to the touch, and may cause serious injury or burns. Always supervise children around the fireplace/heater. Do not place any cloth or decorations over the heater outlet or fireplace, or otherwise obstruct the heater outlet of the fireplace, as this may cause a fire and serious injury.

Product Notice

Product Usage Instructions

Assembling
Option  1 ( Wall mounting)

  1. Place the machine bracket on the back of the heater and lock it with 4 screws.

  2. Drill holes on the wall according to the four holes on the wall mounting bracket, ensuring that the holes are more than 2 meters away from the ground.

  3. Nail the plastic tubes into the drilled holes on the wall:

    • For brick walls or cement walls, drill 8mm holes and nail plastic tubes.
    • For gypsum board walls, drill 9mm holes and tighten the screws.

Install the wall mounting bracket
Attach the wall board to the wall with four screws, Make sure the bracket is leveled.

Install the heater
Align the four screw holes of the heater bracket on the back of the machine with the screw holes of the wall mounting bracket, screw in four screws respectively, and then tighten the screws with the allen key wrench , and then the host machine is fixed on the wall.

Adjust the machine Angle
After the machine is installed on the wall, the pitch Angle of the machine, it can be adjusted to the most suitable heating position.

  • The back of the fuselage has a wall hanging connection bracket.
  • When installing the heater on a wall, the unit should be at least 6 ft (approx 1. 8m) above the ground to ensure safety.
  • Make sure there is no curtains, clothes, towels, or any combustible materials within 3 ft (approx 1m) of the heating zone of the unit.

USER INSTRUCTION

Before use

  • Check that the air intake and exhaust is not covered or obstructed in anyway.
  • Keep combustible objects at least 3 ft (0.9 m) away from the unit.
  • Plug the unit to a grounded power socket.

Grounding

  • This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.

CAUTION / WARNING

  • Improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.
  • DO NOT modify the plug provided with the product nor using any bypass device if the plug does not fit the outlet. Have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician

USER INSTRUCTION (CONTROL PANEL)

Press the switch in the transparent cover on the right side of the machine to the position of “I”, then the machine will display “–” standby mode.

CONTROL PANEL

  • Function key: This key has multiple functions, press this key to turn on heating (default H gear) – Press again for L gear — Press again to turn off, so the cycle.
  • Timing key: 24-hour working time can be set, which is displayed as: 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H, 10H, 11H, 12H, 13H, 14H, 15H,
    16H, 17H, 18H, 19H, 20H, 21H, 22H, 23H, 24H, and so on.

Heater Control
Press the power button / heat button to enable the heat function. “High Heat” is selected by default. Continue pressing the heat button to cycle through the heat setting.

  • Timer Control
    • Press the timer control button to turn the timer on.

  • Timer interval includes: 0H,1H,2H, 3Н,4, 5Н,6Н,7H, 8H, 9H, 10Н, 11Н,12Н, 13Н, 14H, 15H, 16H, 17H, 18H, 19H,20H,21H,22H,23H,24H.

USER INSTRUCTION (REMOTE CONTROL)

Remote Control
The operation of the remote control buttons work the same as the button on the control panel. The remote control distance is 6ft from the front and 4ft from the sides of the unit.

Power Button
Press power button to turn on the unit. Press the power button again to turn off the unit.

Heater Button
Press the heater button to enable the heat function.

Flame Button
Press the flame button on the remote control to disable the flame function.

Timer Control Button
Press the timer control button to cycle through the timer setting.

Time Adjustment Increase / Decrease
Press the increase or decrease button to select different time setting.

Install / Replace Battery
The remote control is provided with 1.5V AAA batteries.

  1. Press and slide off the back cover from the remote control.
  2. Insert 1.5V AAA batteries into the battery compartment and make sure to install batteries in the correct polarity.
  3. The negative end of the battery should be install against the spring inside the battery compartment.

CAUTION / WARNING

  • Dispose old / used battery at a suitable recycling point or according to local regulations.
  • DO NOT ingest battery. If accidentally swallowed, seek for medical help immediately.

Installation

  1. Attach the wall mounting bracket to the wall using four screws, ensuring that the bracket is leveled.
  2. Align the four screw holes of the heater bracket on the back of the machine with the screw holes of the wall mounting bracket.
  3. Screw in four screws respectively and tighten them with the allen key wrench to fix the host machine on the wall.

Adjustment
After the machine is installed on the wall, adjust the pitch angle of the machine to the most suitable heating position.
