Cool Toner TN423 Compatible Toner Cartridge

Installation Instructions
- Gently agitate the cartridge from side to side.
- Remove the orange protective cap.
- Depress the locking lever and take out the old cartridge.
- Properly align and lock the new cartridge into the drum unit.
- Move the green tab back and forth multiple times to clean the corona wire, then slide it back to its original position.
- Install the assembled cartridge into the printer.
Here are some common error messages and how to fix them.

“No Toner” Error:
Please turn the printer off and on again by opening and closing the printer cover to allow the toner cartridge to be recognized and resume normal operation. -
“Cannot Detect” “Put the Toner Cartridge back in” Error:
- Solution1 ：Turn off and on the printer by opening and closing the printer cover to re-recognize the toner cartridge.
- Solution2： Reinstall the cartridge after resetting the count gears to ensure proper recognition.

“Replace Toner” “Toner Low” Error:
Reset the count gears by reinstalling the cartridge to allow the toner cartridge to be recognized and resume normal operation. -
“Drum! Slide the green tab on the drum unit” Error:
According to the printer prompt, slide the green tab on the drum unit’s top to clean the slider. After cleaning, return the slider to its original position.
