Fasten the buttons on the inner side of the collar with the first button.| Tie the remaining buttons.

Connect the USB cable to the power bank.| Place the power bank into the inner pocket.| Connect the app or press the power button to turn on.

  2. Create an account or log in as a visitor.
  • Connection successful: the button indicator light displays orange. In this case, the button’s functionality is disabled, and pressing it won’t yield any response.

After successfully connecting, choose the desired heating area, tempe -rature, and timer. Click the “Start” button to begin the corresponding operation. To make any changes, click the “Stop” button and select the appropriate settings.

CLEANNING INSTRUCTIONS

DISCONNECT and REMOVE the battery from the inside zippper pocket, put the connector cable back inside of the pocket, and make sure the pocket is fully zippe-red dosed before washing the vest.

Follow Care Instructions on the garment tags. Machine wash, gentle cycle or hand wash in cold water.
DO NOT iron.
DO NOT use bleach or any other harsh cleaning agents.
DO NOT wring or twist the vest.
DO NOT dry clean.
Line dry, hang dry, or lay flat to dry only.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

The Issue with Button on Connected Clothes:

Q: After connecting the clothes to the power bank, why isn't the button on the clothes working?

A: Please confirm if the button indicator light is illuminated. If it’s not lit, you can activate the relevant function by briefly pressing the power button or by using the connected app. If the button is already illuminated and appears orange, it means the product is successfully connected to the app. In this case, the button’s functionality is disabled, and pressing it won’t yield any response. The button’s function can be reactivated by disconnecting the app or turning off Bluetooth and then can be used again.

Compatibility of Power Bank:

Q: Can I use any power bank to make this vest work?

A: You can use any power bank that has been certified by UL/ETL. If you’re unsure about the certification, for safety reasons, please make sure to use the Comfytemp battery.

Battery Maintenance:

Q: How should I maintain the battery?

A: To extend its lifespan, ensure the battery is fully charged before firstly use or storage. Afterward, charge the battery every three months.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS & WARNINGS

** Read all safety warnings and instructions below. Failure to follow the inst ructions and warnings may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, and/or product damage.
SAFE PRACTICES**

  • Prolonged close contact with the body of the heating system can cause burns. NEVER wear directly against the skin.
  • ALWAYS wear a base layer between the product and the skin.
  • ALWAYS use the lowest possible setting for comfort.
  • DO NOT wear tight over-garments.
  • DO NOT use for prolonged periods particularly at high heat setting.
  • DO NOT use when wet. This includes excessive sweat. If the inner lining becomes wet, allow the product to dry completely before wearing . A wet, heated vest incre-ases the risk of electric shock.
  • DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY at any sense of discomfort. Power off the product immediately if any discomfort occurs while wearing. Temperatures high enough to cause burns could occur regardless of the heat setting.
  • Check connection cable and connectors regularly for signs of fatigue.
  • To reduce the risk of the product powering on unintentionally, disconnect the battery from the power cable, and remove the battery pack from the garment before storing or washing.
  • Use the product only as stated in this manual, taking into account the environment in which the product will be worn. Use of the product for operations other than specified herein may result in injury to the user or product damage. That use may also void the warranty for the product.
  • If you have a medical condition, device, or take medication that may affect your sensitivity to heat, consult your physician before use.
  • If the product malfunctions or does not operate properly, stop using it immediately.
  • Clean this product only in accordance with the instructions specified on the product’s washing label, and in the Cleaning Instructions section of this manual.
  • Make sure the inner pocket containing the battety is completely zippered closed at all times.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The device can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction.

THINGS TO AVOID

  • This product is NOT intended for:
    • An infant or young child.
    • An incapacitated or immobile person.
    • A person with diabetes.
    • A person who is paralyzed, or who has skin that is sensitive to temperature changes.
    • Anyone with heat-sensitivity medical issues (e.g. poor blood circulation).
    • Anyone who cannot clearly comprehend the instruction manual and/or operate controls.
  • DO NOT use the product if the power button is malfunctioning.
  • DO NOT use the product while sleeping, or when there is the potential to fall asleep while wearing.
  • DO NOT use the product under the infuence of drugs or alcohol, as this can decrease skin sensitivity, and/or impair the ability to recognize the sensation of a burn.
  • DO NOT use the product on open wounds.
  • DO NOT use the product continuously for a long period of time. Excessive heat levels over prolonged periods of time can lead to bums.
  • DO NOT allow the heating elements to make contact with bare skin.

PRODUCT CARE

  • DO NOT allow the cord to become tangled, pinched, kinked, or damaged inside the battery pocket. Fire could result.
  • DO NOT attach pins or any other object(s) to the product. Electrical wiring damage could result.
  • DO NOT dry clean the product.
  • DO NOT use bleach when hand-washing, Harsh cleaning solvents may damage, or lessen the effectiveness of, the insulated heating elements.

USING THE POWER BANK

Charge the Power Bank before initial use and if the device has not been used for a long period. To charge:

  • Insert the provided Charging Cable into the connection socket of the Power Bank.

  • Connect the other end of the Charging Cable to a USB charger via the USB port (USB charger not included) with at least a 1-Amp output. The Battery Level LED on the Power Bank will flash white while charging.
    The charging/decharging levels are as follows:
    1x flash: 0 % – 25%
    2 x flash: 26 % – 50 %
    3x flash: 51 % – 75 %
    4 x flash: 76 % – 99 %
    Steady on: 100 %

  • The Power Bank is fully charged when the Battery Level LED stops flashing and displays steadily (about 2.5 hours for a completely discharged Power Bank under a 2-Amp output ).

  • Disconnect the Charging Cable; the LED will shut off. Charge the Power Bank at least once per year to maintain its capacity.
    WARNING

  • While charging, do not cover the Power Bank. Only charge the Power Bank in a dry environment at normal room temperature.

Charging other devices from the Power Bank
The Power Bank can also be used to charge other rechargeable devices, such as smartphones. To charge your device using the power bank, simply connect your device’s USB cable to the Power Bank and to the USB port on your device.
