Installation
- Install the pump in a covered, ventilated, dry and clean space. The pump should be easily accessible for maintenance.
- Install the pump in a rigid platform, with proper foundation bolts and nuts to avoid vibration and noise.
- Usage of good quality, appropriate size of pipes and less number of bends, tees and elbows will reduce the friction losses. Ensure proper joints and avoid leakages.
- To get better performance install the pump, within 70% to 80% of its total head
capacity. Kindly use good quality of foot valve along with proper lter arrangements to avoid choking of the impeller.

Priming
Filling clear, cold, drinking water up to the pump delivery port is
mandatory. This priming removes the air pockets from the suction system
Electrical Connection

Electrical connections must be done by technically qualied person only.

The personnel working in electricals should always be cautious and should wear boots,
rubber gloves to avoid fatal electric shock -
Use good quality, appropriate size of wires and protection devices according to the distance and motor capacity. Loose wire connections to be avoided.

Proper earthing is mandatory to reduce the risk of electrical shock during operation.

Terminal box must be closed at all times.
Operating
- Please check the pipelines for No Leakage and start the pump.
- Do not allow the pump to run dry.
- Don’t close the pump with air tight materials like polythene cover, gunny bag etc.,
- Contact technician in case of abnormality.
Electrical Connection

Always disconnect the electrical power connection before performing any
maintenance work. -
Quailed personnel only should do the maintenance work.

Clean the Strainer tted at the bottom side of suction pipe periodically.

Filters in suction inlet side to be cleaned and retted during maintenance.

Pump should be run at least for few minutes every 2 days to avoid from seizing.

Check all the accessories and protection devices during maintenance

Warranty
Mi H-S-P warrants the pumps free manufacturing defects. The warranty period
will be 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects because of improper
installation, tampering of products, improper handling, accident, being
repaired with unauthorized personnel are excluded from warranty. warranty

Recommendations
- All the electrical works must be made in accordance with electrical rules and regulations. recommended.
- Provide appropriate supports to the suction and delivery pipes to avoid transmission stress to the pump-casting.
- Use good quality copper wires, main switch, MCB and other electrical goods to enhance the performance of pumper.

For any manufacturing defect found within the guarantee period, Mi H-S-P Pump products will repair the pump free of cost. Guarantee does not hold good for electrical, since power supply conditions may vary from place to place. Any dispute is subject to Coimbatore Jurisdiction only. WARRANTY Our products are guarantee for a period of Twelve Months from the date of purchase. The Guarantee is void if the monobloc is tempered by unauthorized person.
