Product Usage Instructions

Using AC, DC, Car Charger, and USB Outputs:

Turn On: Press and hold the DC/USB/AC button for 1-2 seconds to activate the corresponding output function and the icon corresponding indicator will appear on the screen.

Turn Off: Press and hold again the DC/USB/AC button for 1-2 seconds to turn off the corresponding output.

Charging a Car Battery:

Double-tap the DC button when it is on. When the Car-Start indicator appears on the screen, you could charge the car battery.

Using the LED Flashlight:

Turn On: Press and hold the LED button for 1-2 seconds to turn on the LED Flashlight.

Change Mode: Press the button again to switch between soft light (Default), bright light, SOS light, and flashing light.

Turn Off: Press and hold the LED button for 1-2 seconds to turn off the LED Flashlight.

Quick shutdown:

Press and hold any button that is on for 3-5 seconds until all outputs are turned off.

Multi-Power Parallel (Only for Lum Power 1000):

You can use a 3-prong power cord cable to connect 2 Lum Power 1000 units in parallel, expanding the capacity to 2,000Wh.

The Optional to Recharging:

There are 3 options to recharge this product: DC/PV Input (not at the same time), Car Input, and Type-C Input. You can use the three individually or at the same time.

Wave Frequency Change:

Press the AC button 3 times when it is on to switch between 50Hz and 60Hz, the current status will show on the screen as F50 or F60.

1| DC indicates the product is charging from an adapter or a solar panel. CAR indicates the product is charging from a car charging port.

PD indicates the product is charging from a USB Type-C wall charger.

2| State of charge (SOC) Percentage.
3| Time To Full is the remaining time it takes to fully charge the battery. Time to Empty is the time to fully discharge.

How To Use

  1. Using AC, DC, Car Charger, and USB Outputs:

Warnings and Precautions

  • Please select the solar panels according to the electrical parame-ters specified by the manufacturer. Voltage beyond the specified range may damage the product.
  • Do not connect the input and output ports of the product.
  • Avoid dropping, crushing, or puncturing the product.
  • Do not use the product during thunderstorms.
  • Please select the suitable model according to the devices you intended to power, and do not use overload the product.

Troubleshooting

  1. The product fails to start. The DC, USB, and AC ports have no output.

  2. Disconnect all the devices, charge the product for 5-10 minutes before restarting the product.

  3. Ensure that the product is within operating temperature.

  4. The product turns on but the corresponding output ports (DC, USB, and AC) have no output.

  5. Please check whether the SOC is too low. If so, charge before use.

  6. Please check whether the load has exceeded the capacity of the product. Disconnect your devices and restart the product.

  7. Please check whether the output of the product meets the power requirements of your device.

  8. Please check whether there is a short circuit between the output port and the device connected. Remove the device and restart the product.

  9. Please connect your device to another power supply and check whether it works properly. The product may not be compatible with certain devices.

  10. The product shut down during use.
    The product may shut down due to its internal protection system, Which could be triggered by: overcharge, over-discharge, high temperature, low temperature, overcurrent, and short circuit.

  11. To quickly resolve the problem, disconnect all the devices, keep the product in the normal temperature range, and charge it for 5-10 minutes.

  12. Please also check whether the devices are faulty. Then start the product .

  13. The product fails to charge.

  14. Please check whether the input is within the specified charging range.

  15. Please check whether temperature protection is triggered.

  16. Please try using an alternative charging method to check if the current adapter is damaged or not.
