FCC certification (United States)
this equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. these limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. this equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. however,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. if this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and

- avoid contact between the pod and water or other liquid
- clean only using a dry clot
- keep out of reach of children under three, as small parts may pose choking hazar
- unplug the pod from charger during lightning storms or when unused for a long period of time. if your device requires professional repair please contact sofi via servicing is required if the pod does not operate normally, has been dropped or damaged in any way, or been in contact with any liquidV
- do not try to disassemble the pod yourself or replace the battery. any breach of manufacturer seals results in termination of warrant

your sofi pod contains a cr1632 rechargeable lithium battery, dispose of according to local regulations. designed and assembled in the uk with over 374 million tonnes of electronic waste on Earth, and USB-C chargers as the dominant format in charging your smartphone, we didn’t see the need to add yet one more cable. if you don’t have one, please write to us and we will dispatch one to you
warranty
sofi guarantees that warranty service will be provided for this product starting from the date of purchase. the product’s warranty period is 12 months. each client is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality the following conditions must be met for obtaining the manufacturer warranty service
- the product has been used as per safety as instructions
- no disassembling, modification or installation has been performed
- valid proof of purchase documentation (including online invoices) the sofi warranty doesn’t cover the following
- damage caused by non-manufacturing factor
- damage caused by unauthorized modification or disassembl
