About RT10 / T10

The RT10/T10 is a temperature and humidity control switch/temperature  It comes with an expert cultural reversal or enda protection suriati co more effectively reduces the operation of your external equipment and also more safely protects your ventilation by turning your attic ventilator on/off, depending on the adjustable temperature and humidity settings you control.

Caution

  • When the humidity/temperature is higher than the set value, the power is turned on. Error ‡5%

WARNING

  • Disconnect all current from the ventilator before installing the RT 10 / T10 or attempting any other maintenance work.
  • If you are not familiar with the installation of electrical wiring, be sure to have the services of a qualified electrician.
  • Remember that all electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes.
  • Remember that all electrical connections must comply with local codes, ordinances, and/or national electrical codes and standards.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

  • Connect the power supply to a standard compliant outlet and secure the RT10 / T10.
  • If you need your own external cable, please follow the steps below to complete the installation.
    • Note: Always disconnect the power supply for operation during any installation, repair, maintenance, etc.!
  • We offer you a variety of installation methods, please choose according to your needs.
  1. The first and easiest is to energize our product power supply and connect your fan to our socket. (Figure 1)RT10-Suprocky-Adjustable-Dual-Thermostat-and-Humidity-Control-Switch-FIG-1 \(3\)
  2. If you need to connect two fans (8A MAX), please refer to [External second fan operation instruction] to connect the ventilation fan 2(Figure 2)

Operation Instruction

External second fan operation instruction
(This operation requires your own threaded connector, size: 3/8″, Figure 3)

  1. Disconnect all power sources
  2. Remove the cover of the RT10/T10, unscrew the removable iron on the other side of the power cord, and then screw on the threaded pipe connector you have provided. (Figure 4) RT10-Suprocky-Adjustable-Dual-Thermostat-and-Humidity-Control-Switch-FIG-1 \(5\)
  3. After connecting the threaded pipe connector, you will see a 2P quick connect terminal, put your fan L wire and N wire through the threaded pipe connector and connect them to our black end (corresponding to the L wire) and white end (corresponding to the N wire) respectively, the ground wire hit inside the RT10/T10 and connect to the green wire. (Figure 5)
  4. Check the wire, it should not leak copper. Then cover and tighten the screws.

If you need an external power supply and not using our used power supply, please follow these steps.
(This operation requires your own clip-on cable connector, size: 3/8″, Figure 6)

  1. Disconnect the power supply from the product, and remove the entire power cable from the product.
  2. Remove the cover of RT10/T10, unscrew the remov- able iron piece next to the power cord, and then screw on the supplied clip-on cable connector. (Figure 7) RT10-Suprocky-Adjustable-Dual-Thermostat-and-Humidity-Control-Switch-FIG-1 \(8\)
  3. After connecting the cable clip connector, you will see a 3P wiring plug. The L and N lines represent your own power cords. Feed the connecting wire through the cable clip connector.Attach to our wiring plug marked L (corresponding to the black line), N (corresponding to the white line), and the connecting wire (corresponding- ing to the green line). Adjust the length of the wire, then tighten the screws on both sides of the cable clip connector.(Figure 8)
  4. Check the wire, it should not leak copper. Then cover and tighten the screws.

5 YEARS WARRANTY

  • SUPROCKY PRODUCT CO., LTD warrants the equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years after shipment.
  • This warranty is limited, however, to the repair or replacement of defective equipment at the manufacturer’s discretion.
  • If it is necessary to return the unit for service, the customer is solely responsible for proper packaging and transportation costs to the service center.
  • The customer must initiate the warranty process by contacting Suprocky. Do not send any component or product back to Suprocky without a Return Material Authorization.
  • This limited warranty does not apply to any part or component that is damaged in transit or when handling, during installation, has been subject to misuse, has not been installed, operated, or serviced according to the Seller’s instructions, or has been
  • Operated beyond the seller’s rated capacity or has been altered in any way.
  • Routine maintenance is not covered by this warranty.
  • Lack of proper maintenance voids this warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover corrosion, freezing, or acts of nature – flooding, fire, water damage, power surges, and hurricane or storm damage.
  • Seller’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts or components and does not include any cost of labor (including, but not limited to, labor to remove and/or reinstall any defective part).
  • Customers may elect to have the unit fixed locally with prior authorization in which case required replacement parts will be sent to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Suprocky shall not be responsible for loss of use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, damage to other equipment, or any other indirect or consequential damage with respect to property whether as a result of breach of warranty, neglect, or otherwise.
  • THE WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES SET FORTH ARE IN LIEU OF ALL  OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
  • PURPOSE. SUPROCKY’s total liability, regardless of the nature of the claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • If a product or component is replaced while under warranty, the applicable warranty period shall not be extended beyond the original warranty time period.
  • The foregoing shall constitute the total liability of the seller in the case of defective performance of all or any of the equipment or services provided to the Buyer.
  • Buyer agrees to accept and hereby accepts the foregoing as the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach or alleged breach of warranty by Seller.
