Parts assembly instructions

Place the screw to the gooseneck arm.

Keep the telescopic arms of the mount in a fully closed position and push the ball joint to the slot of the mount firmly and tighten it.

Make sure the screw is securely tightened to ensure no wobbling of the mount.

Place the stabilizer base into the gooseneck to complete the parts assembly.
Instructions for fitting mount
- After completion of the parts assembly step, choose a suitable windshield area for installation best suited to your scope of vision and driving position.
- Switch the suction cup base to unlock status.
- Use an alcohol swab or alcohol based solution and a lint free cloth to clean the chosen windshield area and remove any dust, solvent buildup or debris and wait for the alcohol to completely evaporate.
- Remove the protective film from the suction cup base, grip the gooseneck arm firmly and place it on the chosen area and apply force for five seconds to the glass.
- Switch the suction cup base to lock status and hold it firmly in place for a further three seconds.
- Adjust the gooseneck arm to ensure that the car mount is positioned correctly as per your requirement.
- Remove the sticker from the stabilizer base and install it in an appropriate area on the dashboard. (Nearly the ball joint is preferable).
Instruction for fitting and placement of phones
- Press the quick-release button on the rear to open the telescopic arms of the mount to maximum length.
- Place the phone in the middle of the mount.
- Push the telescopic arms back to the center until the arms completely and securely clamp the phone.
- Rotate the ball joint to adjust the phone to the correct view as per your requirement.
Instructions for removal
- Press the quick-release button to open the telescopic arms and remove the phone.
- Switch the suction-cup base to unlock status.
- Hold the goose neck arms with one hand and hold the base bottom with the other hand.
- Gradually increase the force and pull the entire base off the windshield.
- Slowly remove the stabilize base from the dashboard. (Apply a few drops of rubbing alcohol and remove it with a fishing line)
Usage Tips
- This product is made of plastic, please refrain from using it in too high or too low temperature conditions and where possible, avoid long periods of exposure to direct sunlight.
- The service lifespan of this product is one year. For safety reasons, please do not exceed the limitation.
- This product consists of small parts, please ensure that it is safely stored in an area inaccessible to children.
- Please ensure the nut is firmly tightened to avoid the unit from wobbling.
- Please ensure the suction cup base is firmly attached to the windshield to avoid the product loosening and falling off.
- Please make sure the stabilize base is attached in an appropriate area to avoid the shaking of this product.
- Please ensure the suction cup base is cleaned with water and thoroughly dried prior to each repeated usage.
- Excessive low temperature conditions will temporarily reduce the absorption capacity of the suction cup base. In the event of this occurring, place the suction cup base in a normal temperature environment temporarily for absorption capacity recovery.
