FAQ
Q: All my cables are connected, but there is no sound output?
A:
- Check if the machine is turned on and if the channel indication lamp is lit.
- If the indicator light is on but there is no sound, check the sound source signal process: Playback source -> Audio cable -> Pre-amp/electronic tube -> Power amplifier -> Speaker.
- If everything seems normal, check if the playback device of the input sound source is paused, muted, or if the volume is set to the minimum.
Q: Why does the volume of the machine remain the same, but the sound level is different when connecting to different audio sources (for example, connect a CD first, then a mobile phone)?
A: The amplitude of electrical signals output by different playback devices is different. For example, mobile phones typically have an output of 0.35V, while CDs have an output of 1V. This difference in signal level results in varying sound levels.
Q: How to adjust the treble and bass better?
A: The treble and bass controls can be adjusted according to the music, listening environment, and personal preferences. The scale points to 12 o’clock represent 0 gain. Rotate the control knob anti-clockwise to decrease and clockwise to increase the gain.

Q: All my cables are connected, but there is no sound output?
A:
- Check whether the machine is started, whether the channel indicator light is on, and whether the corresponding input channel is correct.
- If the indicator light is on but there is no sound, it can be preliminarily determined that there is no problem with the power supply and startup. Follow the sound source signal process and check: Playback source → Audio cable → Pre-amp/electronic tube → Power amplifier →Speaker.
- If the above two points are normal, check whether the playback device of the input sound source is paused, muted, or the volume is at the minimum.
Q: Why is the sound distorted? How to adjust the treble, bass and main
volume?
A: The input level may be too large. If the volume of the sound source
equipment is adjusted to the maximum, and the volume of the machine is also
adjusted to the maximum, it is easy to be distorted. At this time, turn down
the volume of the sound source input device or machine. In general, adjsut the
volume of amplifier to about 60%, then fine-tune the volume of preamp
(distortion will be greatly reduced in this way); the treble and bass are
usually adjusted according to the music style/device types/personal
preference.
Q: Why does the volume of the machine remain the same, but the sound level
is different when connecting to different audio sources (for example, connect
a CD first, then a mobile phone)?
A: The amplitude of electrical signals output by different playback
devices is different. For example, mobile phones are usually 0.35V, while CDs
are 1V. The natural sound size is different.
Q: Why does the horn emit a loud electrical current sound or buzzing
sound?
A:
- If you are not using the original standard power supply, please replace the power supply and test again. Many power supplies in the market have interference, which will cause current sound.
- When the signal line without shielding is used, there will be interference signals entering the power amplifier for amplification. It is recommended that you replace the signal line with shielding.
- There is still noise after troubleshooting the above two points,Please confirm the noise is from the external or the internal. Disconnect all inputs, only retain the power supply and output cable, if the noise disappears, that means the noise is from the audio input. If the noise is still there, the noise may be caused by interference with the power supply or generated inside the amplifier.
Q: How to adjust the treble and bass better?
A: Treble and bass control is to compensate for the lack of equipment and
environment, which can be adjusted according to the music, listening
environment and ones own preferences. (The scale points to 12 o’clock means 0
gain, anti-clockwise rotate to decrease and clockwise rotate to increase).
Q: Why there is no sound or very little sound after the amplifier is
connected to the speaker?
A:
- Please check the audio source has been turned on and the volume is not at the minimum.
- Please confirm whether the speaker and amplifier match ( For example, the speaker is fixed resistance or fixed voltage, the power of speaker is too much over the power of the amplifier etc).
Q: What are the reasons for the unbalanced left and right volume of the
speakers and how to eliminate them?
A: Please check audio source, input cable, volume potentiometer (some
amplifiers have balanced control or separate volume control of left and right
channel ), speaker cable, speakers (whether the position and the distance is
symmetrical) and other factors.
Q: Why Bluetooth cannot be searched? How to switch to Bluetooth mode?
A: Toggle the input switch on the panel or press “SELECT” button on
remote control to switch to BT mode, there will be blue light flashing, then
use your phone or tablet to search for “BT HiFi AUDIO”, click and connect it,
then play music. (The Bluetooth name may different in different models of
products, please refer to the user manual of each product.)
Q: Why does the Bluetooth playback lag or even disconnect? Why is the
Bluetooth background noise/current noise obvious?
A: Please check whether the Bluetooth antenna is installed correctly,
whether there is interference or blocking (such as WiFi router / wireless
telephone / FM radio, etc., since they may be in the same frequency band as
Bluetooth, and inductive loads such as fans/refrigerators/air conditioners
will also cause some interference), whether the Bluetooth is blocked or too
far away from the device (more than 15 meters).
Q: Can the device be connected to my computer via Bluetooth? Why is there
no sound when connected to PC?
A: Compared with phones, computers with poor compatiblity and troublesome
operations when using Bluetooth. Need the computer with Bluetooth function and
to update the driver and set the output device to Bluetooth after connection.
Q: Why is there no music output after inserting a U-disk?
A: Please confirm the format and capacity of the U-disk, as well as the
file format of the U-disk (only supports U-disk in FAT32 format within 64G).
Q: Why is U-disk playback sometimes laggy?
A: In general, MP3/FLAC/APE/WMA/WAV and other common formats are
supported, please confirm the file format of the U-disk. (Please put the music
files under root directory, don’t create a new folder or don’t play other
unsupported files, or else there may be an error).
Q: Why is there a thumping sound when swithing on/off?
A: Please confirm the on-off sequence is correct, normally it follows the
order of signal transmission when turn on: audio source → preamp / DAC →
amplifier → speaker. (The sequence is reversed when switching off. As the
internal capacitors will be discharged for a while after shutdown. If turn off
the preamp firstly and then turn off amplifier, impact sound will be easily
caused which may damage the amplifier or speaker in severe cases).
Warning!
- Please do not open the machine shell. Improper operation may cause electric shock hazard.
- Please use the switching power supply of the regular manufacturer, otherwise there will be the risk of damaging the machine.
- Please do not operate the machine in high temperature or humid environment.
