Frequently Asked Questions
-
No display on the screen, no power
Please check whether the USB cable is damaged, or replace the USB cable for testing (Attention: It is forbidden to use a voltage higher than 5V) -
No speed display
After the product is powered on, the satellite icon flashes to indicate that it is in the satellite-search state. Please move the vehicle to an open road to receive the signal. After the satellite icon stops flashing and displays the number of satellites, the machine can be used normally -
The speed is still displayed after the car stops
If driving to underground parking lots, tunnels, under flyovers, or other places that make the signal unstable, the data displayed by the product may have a certain deviation, and the car can return to normal by driving to an open road -
The speed is not accurate
- Check whether the unit is correct, Km/H or MPH (please refer to the setting mode in the figure above for speed unit switching)
- The vehicle speed can be fine-tuned, such as the dashboard displays 100Km/H, the machine displays 105Km/H, and the parameter value can be adjusted to 102
-
Time calibration
- The default of the machine is +8:00 Beijing time
- If you need to adjust the time to another time zone, please enter item 8 of the setting menu, and move the dial button left and right to adjust the time. The adjustment range is 30 minutes/time (for example, if a certain area is 1 hour faster than Beijing time, move the dial button right twice)
Note: When the satellite icon flashes, it means that the satellite is not found, and the time is displayed as the time zone. Please adjust to the time zone of your country (e.g. Korea+9:00).
After the satellite icon stops flashing, directly calibrate the displayed time
-
The driving direction is displayed incorrectly
When there is no speed, the satellite cannot identify the direction of the vehicle, and the normal display can only be displayed after the driving speed exceeds 5Km/h.
