Q: How can I know the compatibility of my device?
A: 1. Please check our compatibility list in product description page. 2. If you cannot find your device in the list, make sure that the USB-C port of your device supports Dp Alt Mode. For PC, the USB-C port has to be thunderbolt 3/4 or at least USB 3.1 Gen 2 with DP Alt Mode. 3. Please contact us if your problem still remains unsolved.
Q: How to fix the flickering screen?
A: 1. Try it on other USB C ports or reconnect everything on your device. 2. Restart your device. 3. Make sure the cable is not connected through the hub and connection points are clean. If not, please wipe them gently with cotton swabs or soft cloths and link them to your device directly. 4. If the problem remain unsolved, please contact us.
Q: Can I use three ports at the same time?
A: Yes, you can output video data through the HDMI port during the charging process through the PD port. At the same time, it supports the use of USB 3.0 device adapters.
Q: The product is getting hot, is it normal?
A: It is normal to get hot when the device is transmitting data. Please do not worry since the device is made of heat-resistance material.
Q: Why the charging rate of the PD port cannot reach 100W?
A: 1. Please make sure whether your charger reaches the rated power of 100W. 2. There will be a loss in the process of data transmission, and the general power loss is 5W, which is a normal power consumption. 3. Please try to plug and unplug the USB C port again.
Q: Can video transmission be bi-directional transmission? Does the product require a driver?
