Connection With Two Devices

1. Pair with your first device.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth of the first device.
3. Long press headset to enter into pairing mode and pair with your second device. The blue light will flash slowly after successfully connected.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth of the first device, and manually connect “HSOTI” in the paired list. After the connection is successful, your headset is connected to the two Bluetooth devices at the same time (If the first device is the IOS, then you need to manually connect. If it is Android, it can be automatically connected.) .

   The headset is suitable for those Bluetooth-enabled Android, iOS, and PC devices.

2. Why does the headset beeps after using for a while?
   Please charge the headset for a certain time to make sure it isn’t inlow battery condition, or the mute function is activated.

3. Does it have mute function?
   Yes. During a call, flip the microphone vertically, you will hear a beep sound, which means the microphone is muted. This works both on PC and cellphones. For any third-party software, you may probably set the mute function on the device it connects to.

4. What are the charging ways for this headset?
   The headset can be charged by connecting to the charging base or toa power outlet directly through the provided USB cable.

5. How to clear off the pairing list?
   Simultaneously Press and hold the MFB button and volume + button for 5 seconds, then the LED indicator flash in red/blue alternately for 1 second and then goes off.

6. Can I pair the headset with two devices simultaneously?
   Yes, yes you can. But due to system restriction, you can pair with 2 device ONLY when you choose the Bluetooth connection mode, which is not available for USB dongle connection mode.
