Q: What is the highest resolution and refresh rate of this cable?
A: The cable supports up to 4K@60Hz, 2K@165Hz, and 1080P@240Hz. However, you
may not be able to get 4K@60Hz if there is one device that does not support
4K@60Hz between the input and output devices.
Q: Is this cable bi-directional?
A: Sorry, this cable is USB-C to DisplayPort uni-directional.
Q: Can this cable be used to connect to the monitor for all devices with a
USB-C port?

different devices. For Phone and Tablet, please make sure your device support
DP Alt Mode. For PC/Laptop, the USB C port should be Thunderbolt 3/4 or at
least to be USB 3.1 Gien 2 with DP Alt Mode.

A: Certainly, please feel free to connect your device to a large monitor for your convenience but the laptop has to keep charging.
Q: Can this cable charging my laptop?
A: This cable is a video cable, charging is not supported.
Q: Can this product do Daisy-chain? From the USB-C port of the MacBook Pro
to the DP port on the monitor, then from the USB-C port of the first
monitor to the DP port on the second monitor?
A: 1. The cable can connect your MacBook Pro to the first monitor but not to
the second one.
2.If you would like to do daisy-chain, please use DisplayPort Cable to connect

Q: Can this cable connect the Mac mini with M1 to two different monitors?
A: Due to the specialty of M1, you can only connect one monitor through the
USB C port. As for the second monitor, it has to be connected to other ports
such as HDMI. We recommend you to search B08RS8JKXS on Amazon for your
requirements.
Q: Does it require drivers?
A: No it doesn’t, driver is not required.
Q: Are Dell monitors compatible?
A: 1. Because the DP ports of Dell monitors have a unique design. We do not
recommend you use this cable with Dell monitors such as DELL S2716DG, Dell
2417H, Dell U2520, and Dell U3415W.
