Precautions
- Please make sure the power outlet or USB interface you use is produced by a reliable manufacturer.
- Please make sure the charging metal terminal on the back of the watch is clean before charging, which will avoid poor contact during charging.
- Please make sure the watch is in good contact with the dock when placing the watch onto the dock. Avoiding poor contact caused by the watch strap or any other thing interfering with the contact between the watch and the dock.
- During the charging process, if the watch prompts ” slowly charging “, as shown in the right figure, please refer to the solution.
- Please don’t use the product in humid, hot environments.
- Please don’t use organic solvents such as detergent to wipe the dock.
- Please clean it with a wet cloth and protect the charging pins away from water.
- It is strictly forbidden to dismantle the product and keep it close to the fire source.
- Children or pets should not be exposed to this product.
Solutions if the watch prompts slowly charging
- If the voltage of the power outlet is lower than 5V, it will trigger the internal slow charging alarm of the watch, and the watch will automatically enter the protection mode to charge. It is recommended to replace the 5V outlet of the regular manufacturer (the slow charging mode can still be fully charged, but the charging speed is reduced by 30%);
- If the contact on the back of the watch is dirty, it will lead to poor contact during charging. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the contact with a cotton swab by wiping it before charging;
- If the watch’s charging pins aren’t in full contact with the charging base, it will result in poor contact. Therefore, it is necessary to reposition the watch after removal.
