Operational Instruction
What’s in the Box
NOTE:
Camera and accessories vary with different camera models that you purchase.
Camera Introduction
Control the LED light of the camera at night
- smart Mode: warm light on at night when motion detection is triggered, screen in colour, black and white when not triggered
- Infared Mode: At night the warm light does not illuminate anything and the picture is always black and white
- Color Light Mode (Default) : The warm light is always on at night and the picture is always in colour
Multiple Connection Ways
Before using the camera, please follow the instructions below to connect the
camera according to your use mode and complete the initial setup
Mode 1: Connect the camera to the VEEZOOM NVR o another manufacturer’s
NVR that supports ONVIF protocol.
Mode 2: Connect the camera to a power adapter and Wi router.
Note: Please use a DC 12V 2A/1A power adapter.
Mode 3: Connect the camera to the PoE injector/Swich and WiFi router.
Note: Please make sure the PoE injector/switch is 802.3af compliant (48V) and
supports active mode.
NOTE:
The camera should be powered with a 12V DC adapter o a PoE powering device
such as PoE injector, PoE switch or PoE NVR (not included in the package)
Set up the Camera
on smartphone
Step 1 Scan the QR code to download Veezoompro APP.
Step 2 Click “Add Device’, scan the QR code on the camera to add it.

NOTE:
- Make sure your camera is powered on correctly and works properly.
- Auto search mode: make sure all devices connect WiFi and work in the same WLAN.
On PC
CMS: Please go to the official website www.veezoom.cn to download the CMS
(Home > Technical Support > VEEZOOM Software).
Camera browser and website: The camera supports web services with default IP
192.168.0.123 and DHCP enabled (recommended browser: Gooale Chrome) For a more
detailed description of the operation, please visit
www.veezoom.cn.
Remote preview on PC: https://ipc-us.ismartlife.me/login (applicable browser:
Gooale Chrome)
After the camera is successfully connected to VeezoomproAPP, use the APP to
scan the code on the website and login to your account.
Note: This method only supports SD Live Preview
On NVR
Method 1: Connect with VEEZOOM NVR
The camera can be connected with VEEZOOM NVR vid a single Ethernet cable.
Method 2: Connect with third-party NVR
VEEZOOM camera could be compatible with most of 3rd brand NVRs, like
Lorex,Dahua.Hikvision,uniview,sunell,Amcrest,Lorex,LTS,Evtevison,ANNKE etc.

Mount the Camera
Installation Tips
- Do not face the camera towards any light sources.
- Do not point the camera towards a glass window. Or, it may result in poor image quality because of the window glare by infrared LEDs, ambient lights or status lights.
- Do not place the camera in a shaded area and point it towards a well-lit area. O, it may result in poor image quality. To ensure best image quality, the lighting condition for both the camera and the capture object shall be the same.
- To ensure better image quality, its recommended to clean the lens with a soft cloth from time to time.
- Make sure the power ports are not directly exposed to water or moisture and not blocked by dirt or other elements.
- With IP waterproof ratings, the camera can work properly under conditions like rain and snow. However, it doesnt mean the camera can work underwater.
- Do not install the camera at places where rain and snow can hit the lens directly.
- The camera may work in extreme cold conditions as low as -25°C.
- Because when it is powered on, the camera will produce heat. You may power on the camera indoors for a few minutes before installing it outdoors.
NOTE:
Please check out the mount included in the package and follow the
corresponding instruction to install the camera properly.
Install the Camera

Tum the bezel counterclockwise and open
NOTE:
Use the accessories included in the package to install the camera The accessories vary with different cameras. -
Stick a positioning label on the wall, drill a hole in line with the positioning label, and insert the expansion rubber into the hole
NOTE:
Run the cable through the cable notch on the mount base. -
Align the chassis hole with the expansion rubber mounted on the wall, and fix the base with the PA4.0x30 self-tapping screw using a Phillips screwdriver

Align the decorative ring with the base, turn it clockwise and tighten it, the installation is complete
Troubleshooting
How can i do if the camera doesn’t working ?
If your camera is not working, please try the following solutions:
- Make sure your camera is powered properly. The PoE camera should be powered by a PoE switch/injector, the PoE NVR or a 12V power adapter.
- If the camera is connected to a PoE device as listed above, connect the camera to another PoE port and see if the camera will power on.
- Try again with another Ethernet cable.
- Press and hold the long reset button for two minutes after turning on the camera to reset the camera.
Why the video of the Micro SD card cant be read in the laptop?
- To protect our users privacy, the video files stored in the SD card are encrypted. You can download the videos on the APP.
How to remove device from APP?
- Home — Long press the camera icon > Click “Remove Device’ > Click “Confirm’
How to share the camera with others?

Single camera share:
Home — Camera settings — Share Device — Add Sharing -
Home management:
Me —> Home Management -> Create home -> Add Member after creating a home
How to receive the latest firmware?
- VEEZOOM is committed to providing better performance for you, we will maintain the device over time and automatically publish the new firmware through Veezoompro APP from time to time,. You can also get the latest device firmware manually through the website www.veezoom.cn.
Why does the camera fail to connect with other brand’s NVR that has ONVIF protocol?

NOTE:
1.But currently, we could only ensure the full compatibility between this camera and the VEEZOOM NvrR/software.
2.Also since the reolink device is not open to the ONVIF protocol, veezoom devices cannot connect to it. -
Enter the correct user name and password when adding the camera to the NVR.
The default user name & password: admin
How to get video with RTSP?
RTSP URL of the camera
rtsp:// admin:admin @ 192.168.0.123 : 554/1/1
admin:admin: camera username and password
- 192.168.0.123 : camera IP address
- 554 : camera RTSP port
- 1 :camera channel, for IPC, leave it as 1
- 1 : “1” stands for Mainstream, “2” stands for Sub stream
NOTE: The default IP address of the camera is 192.168.0.123 DHCP Enable

Limited Warranty
This product comes with a 2-year limited warranty that is valid only if
purchased from VEEZOOM Official Store or a VEEZOOM authorized reseller.
NOTE:
We hope that you enjoy the new purchase. But if you are not satisfied with the
product and plan to return, please remove the camera from Veezoompro APP
device list to protect your privacy.

Use of the product is subject to your agreement to the Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy at VEEZOOM. Keep it out of reach of children.
End User License Agreement
By using the Product Software that is embedded on the VEEZOOM product, you
agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) between you and
VEEZOOM.
