Introduction

Connection Diagram

  1. Connect the NVR (LAN port) to your router with an Ethernet cable. Next. connect the mouse to the USB port of the NVR.VEEZOOM 8CH 5MP PoE Home Security Camera System - Diagram

    NOTE:
    There is no VGA cable included in the package.

  3. Connect the NVR to a power outlet and turn on power switch.VEEZOOM 8CH 5MP PoE Home Security Camera System - Diagram2

  4. Connect Poe cameras to Poe ports on the NVR.VEEZOOM 8CH 5MP PoE Home Security Camera System - Diagram 2

Set up POE NVR System

on smart. phone
Step1 Scan the QR code to download Veezoompro APP and click “Add Device”.
Step2 Scan the QR code on the NVR to add it.

NOTE:

  • Make sure the NVR is powered on correctly and works properly.
  • “Auto search mode” requires all devices to work in the same WLAN.

When connect the camera system without Internet, you can preview, playback or change settings on monitor by using the mouse.

on PC

  • Use the Veezoompro APP to scan the code on the website: https://ipc-us.ismartlife.me/login. (It is suggested to use Google Chrome browser)
  • After connecting the NVR to Veezoompro APP successfully, use the APP to scan the code on the website to log into your account.

Troubleshooting

  1. No Video Output on the Monitor
    If there’s no video output on the monitor from VEEZOOM NVR, please try the following solutions:
    • TV/ monitor resolution should be at least 720p or above.
    • Make sure your NVR is powered on.
    • Double check the HDMI/ VGA connection, or swap another cable or monitor to test.

  2. Remove Device from APP
    Home page→ Long press the NVR icon → Click “Remove Device”→ Click “Confirm”

  3. Share Device with Others from APP
    Home management: Me → Home Management → Create home → Add Member after creating a home

  4. Forget Passwords
    Press the reset button for about 8 seconds to restore the device to factory settings.VEEZOOM 8CH 5MP PoE Home Security Camera System -

  5. Fail to Access the NVR
    If you failed to access the POE NVR remotely via mobile phone or PC, please try the following:
    • Make sure you can locally access this NVR system.
    • Connect your phone or PC under the same network (LAN) of your NVR and see if you can visit any website to verify whether there is Internet access available.
    • Reboot your NVR and home router and try again.

Limited Warranty
This product comes with a 2-year limited warranty that is valid only if purchased from VEEZOOM Official Store or a VEEZOOM authorized reseller.
NOTE:
We hope that you enjoy your new purchase. But if you are not satisfied with the product and plan to return it, to protect your privacy, we strongly suggest that you can  format the HDD in NVR and remove the device from APP.
