List of common problems and solutions for digital display push pull gauges

1. Crash
   Reinstall the battery.

2. Method of restoring factory settings
   When turned on, pressing the “SET” key will display “Hidt” on the screen, then pressing the “UNIT” key will display “rSEt” on the screen, and then pressing the “SET” key will suffice.

3. How to set the automatic shutdown time
   When turned on, pressing the “SET” button will display “Hidt” on the screen. Press the “PEAK” button 4 times, and the screen will display “oFFt”. Then, press the “SET” button to display “10” on the screen. You can use the “PEAK” button to increase the set shutdown time value, or use the “UNIT” button to decrease the set shutdown time value. Finally, press the “SET” button.

4. How to turn on/off the backlight function
   When turned on, pressing the “SET” button will display “Hidt” on the screen. Press the “PEAK” button 5 times, and wait for the screen to display “LED”. Then press the “SET” button to display “AYto” on the screen. Then press the “UNIT” button to switch options. Wait for the screen to display “oPEN” and finally press the “SET” button.
   Note: “AUTO” represents that the instrument automatically turns off the backlight without operation, and the backlight automatically turns on during operation;
   ‘OPEN’ represents the backlight function that is turned on, whether in operation or not; ‘ CLOS ‘represents turning off the backlight function.

5. Method of exchanging positive and negative directions (standard pull arrow up, press arrow down)
   When the machine is turned on, pressing the “SET” button will display “Hidt” on the screen. Press the “UNIT” button 4 times, and the screen will display “dir”. Press the “SET” button to confirm. At this time, the screen will display
   “YES”, and then press the “SET” button.

6. Remove shielding method (standard screen thickness 0.5%)
   When the machine is turned on, pressing the “SET” button will display “Hidt” on the screen. Press the “UNIT” button 3 times, and after the screen displays “SHID”, press the “SET” button to confirm. At this time, the screen will display “YES”, then press the “UNIT” button to display “NO”, and then press the “SET” button.

7. (Zero) Initial parameter zero setting
   Not available at the moment.

8. User calibration method
   When the machine is turned on, pressing the “SET” key will display “Hidt” on the screen. Press the “UNIT” key three more times, and the screen will display “cALb”. Press the “SET” key to confirm, and the screen will display “0000”. Press the “UNIT” key, “ZERO” key, “UNIT” key, “ZERO” key, “UNIT” key, and finally make the screen display “1111”. Press the “SET” key to confirm, and the screen will flash “ZERO”, After the screen value is quite stable, press the “SET” button to confirm. After the screen flashes “FULL”, hang the corresponding full scale weight. When the number is almost stable, press the “SET” button again.

9. Calibration method
   a.Press the “On/Off” button to turn on the machine, and immediately press and hold the “SET” button for 3-4 seconds.
   b.Press the “UNIT” key 2 times, then press the “ZERO” key 3 times, finally press the “UNIT” key again, and then press the “SET” key.
   c.Display ‘rAng’, press the ‘SET’ key to enter, press the ‘PEAK’ key to increase the desired range size, and then press the ‘SET’ key.
   d.Press “PEAK” to display “ZERO”, then press “SET” to enter, press “ZERO” to display “ZERO”, and then press “SET” to save.
   e.Press the “PEAK” button to display “FULL”, then press the “SET” button to enter, hang the full range weight, and  then press the “SET” button.
   f. Directly shut down.
