It’s one of our favorite products in the ELAMOR lineup.
The contents described in this user manual explain the features and operation of the lock.Please take a few moments to read this manual carefully.
We are excited that you will start enjoying it.

Installation & Operation Guide
Keypad Electronic Lock

Specifications

Please remove the mounting plate from interior assembly before installation.

Prepare the door and check dimensions

If drilling a new door, use the supplied template and the complete door drilling instructions

  1. Measure to confirm that the hole inthe door is 2-1/8″ (54 mm).

  2. Measure to confirm that the backset is either 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ (60 or 70 mm).

  3. Measure to confirm that the hole in the door edge is 1″ (25 mm).

  4. Measure o confirm the thickness of the door is between 1-3/8″ and 2″(35mm and 50mm).

Install the latch and strike

  1. Insert the latch bolt into the door.

  2. Install the strike on the door frame.

Install the exterior assembly

Install the interior assembly

  1. Take off the mounting plate.

  2. Route the cable through the bottom of the mouting plate.

  3. Tighten screws evenly.

  4. Ensure to tight the cable connection.

  5. Tighten screws evenly.

Install the batteries and perform the door handing process

Note: Do not use rechargeable batteries or Non-alkaline batteries.

  1. Install 4 AA batteries in battery pack.

  2. Perform the door handing process.
    1.Press ( ), the latch bolt extends by itself.
    2.Enter preset code: 123456, press ( ), the latch bolt retracts by itself.
    The lock will orientation of the door by itself.

If the latch bolt extends or retracts not smoothly, please check the latch and re-install the lock.

Advanced setting optional

Factory default sefting : user code 123456 after you bind the lock with App. then the user code “123456” will be invaild.

Notice:
Please bind your lock with App after you install the lock.

Protection mode:

If you enter the wrong code 5times, the keypad will be locked 90 seconds when you press any button, you will hear 3 beeps and 3 red lights.
How to exit protection mode:
option 1.wait for 90 seconds and the protection mode will be exited.
option 2. remove the battery for more than 5 seconds , and then reinsert the battery,

Factory default reset

A factory reset will delete all codes associated with the lock.

System Alerts

Alert Reason Solution
button flashes red 3 times with 3  beeps. Door jammed while attempting to
lock. Manually re-lock door. If needed, reposition  strike.
Incorrect User Code ente red. Re-enter User Code.
button flashes red 3 times with 3  beeps. 5 incorrect User Codes entered
within one  minute. Re-enter User Code after 90 seconds keypad  lock out.
LED redlight when press any button. Low battery. Replace batteries.
LED redlight when press any button. and can not unlock/lock. Super low

battery.
LED green light and beeps 1 second after press unlock/lock button. the lock no respond.| Poor quality battery.
The keypad and light indicator no respond.| Battery run out.| Use Micro-Usb supply power to unlock or key to unlock then replace batteries.
Bad cable connection.| Re-connect the cable.

  1. Register and login
    Open the App to register and login according to the prompts

  2. Turn On Your Smartphone’s Bluetooth
    Turn on your smartphone’s Bluetooth.
    Please keep the mobile phone and smart lock within 590 inches

  3. Turn On Your Smartphone’s wifi

  4. Set Up Router
    The router supports the 2.4GHz WiFi (doesn’t support the 5GHz),and is connected to the WiFi network.Please set the parameters of the router before connecting the WiFi network,and record the SSID and password of your WiFi.
    Please add new password,after you finish bind the lock.
    The install password “123456” isn’t available

Trouble shooting

  1. Installation
    Latch bolt stretch jam, not smooth| The latch bolt installation should be placed horizontally, so please re-installation.
    ---|---
    Panel installation should be placed vertically. Please loosen the front and rear panel threading screws,
    re-adjust the position and lock the screws.
    The latch bolt is not extended or retracted properly| The key should be removed during installation. Please remove the key and reinstall it.
    The latch bolt can be extended normally, but the door cannot be locked| This is because of the door sill on the grommet and the locking dislocation. Please reinstall the door sill on the grommet so that the locking can be properly inserted into the grommet hole.
    The T-slot on the latch bolt is not in the center of the mounting hole| This is because of the lock size adjustment error. Please rotate the lock to adjust the position, then re-install.
    Wrong direction of switch lock| This is because of the left and right direction self-learning error. Please remove the battery, reinstall it once and switch the lock on and off again. Re-adapt the left and right directions.
    The backlight on the panel does not light up or touch the screen can not wake up, the keys do not respond| This is because of power supply failure. Please try to :
    1.Reinstall the battery.
    2.Check whether the front and rear connecting cable is properly inserted and linked well.
    3.Emergency power supply with micro USB, or after opening the lock with a mechanical key, replace the battery in time.
    Forgot your programming password| Press and hold the set button for 5 seconds to restore factory settings. Initial programming password:123456.
  2. Use
    Can’t search the device| 1.Please confirm whether the phone’s Bluetooth is open.
    ---|---
    2.Please remove the battery, wait for 10 seconds to reinstall, and search again.
    3.Please press and hold the set button for 5 seconds to search again.
    4.Please reboot the phone.
    Distribution Network Failure| 1.Please check the router settings, whether there are disabled settings.
    2•Please check the wifi signal strength of the door lock location, adjust the location of the router to ensure sufficient wifi signal strength.
    Door locks are often offline| 1.Please check the distance between
    the door lock and the router to avoid
    abnormal networking due to excessive
    distance.
    2.Please contact customer service.
    Door locks consume power quickly| Please contact customer service and provide the router model.
    Change of administrator| 1.Please unbundle the original
    administrator from the app.
    2.Please press and hold the set button for 5 seconds to restore factory settings and rebind.

WARRANTY INOFMAITION

Read the following ferms and conditions carefully before using the ELAMOR product. By using the smartH Product, you consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
(Note:If you do not agree fo the ferms and conditions of this warranty, you should return the product for a refund prior fo using it.

  1. ELAMOR ONE(1)YEAR Limited Warranty
    ELAMOR warrants 1o the purchaser that ELAMOR Products will be free from electronic and mechanical defects under normal use for one (1] year from the date of purchase, as long as said purchaser occupies the residential premises upon which the  product was originally insfalled ( “Warranty Period”).
    This Electronic and mechanical limited warranty applies only to products that were purchased from ELAMOR authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. ELAMOR products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to  follow ELAMOR policies, procedures, and quality control standards. ELAMOR reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Infernet sites.
    If your ELAMOR product should prove to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair it or replace it if necessary. For warranty purposes, please keep your original receipt for the duration of the limited warranty.

  2. Exclusions for Warranty
    The following conditions are not covered by the warranty
    « Any ELAMOR product which has been damaged as a result of installation contrary fo any of ELAMOR written installation insiructions is not covered by these warranties.
    « Any ELAMOR product which has been modified by any non-ELAMOR component is not covered by the warranty
    « Any ELAMOR product that is used in combination with knobs, frim or levers of other than those manufactured by ELAMOR and designated  for use with the applicable locks is not covered by the warranty
    « Any consumable pars, such as batleries or profective coatings. that due fo their nature diminish over fime, unless failure has occurred due 1o a defect in materials or workmanship,  nor o any cosmetic damage unless failure has occurred due fo a defect in materials or workmanship
    « Any ELAMOR product having a defect due 1o use of paints, solvents, or other chemicals is not covered by the warranty
    « Any ELAMOR product having o defect caused by neglect, misuse, abuse or unreasonable or extraordinary use or maintenance, including the use in o commercial application, is not covered by the warranty
    « Any ELAMOR produci that was purchased from  an unauthorized seller is not covered by the warranty. Any software that was domaged or needs 1o be replaced due 1o the failure of the ELAMOR product or any data that is lost s o result of the failure or he restoration of data of records, or the reinstallation of software
    Note: The warranty is not ransferable. Therefore, no transferee is covered by the warranty.

  3. Warranty Claims

If you wish o make a warranty claim based upon a product defect. please contact us at elamor2@afterservice vip Please note that you will be required to provide a description of  any claimed defect(s) and a dated receipt or other proof of purchase from ELAMOR or the ELAMOR authorized seller, to verify warranty eligibility.Certain claimed defect(s) covered by the warranty may be resolved by ECAMOR providing you with troubleshooting steps.

Other claimed defect(s) covered by the warranty may require product replacement. Products may not be refurned to ELAMOR without prior authorization from ELAMOR.

For certain claimed defect(s) covered by the warranty, as determined by ELAMOR, ELAMOR will provide you with troubleshooting steps
For ofher claimed defectls) covered by the warranty, as determined by ELAMOR, ELAMOR will replace the defective product o part
If a SMARTH product, which is the same as the ELAMOR product or any part covered by the warranty, has been discontinued of the time of replacement or if ELAMOR determines, in ifs sole discretion, that such replacement is inappropriate, ELAMOR  reserves the right fo substitute an alternative product ELAMOR also reserves the right fo accept of reject an alfernative product proposed as a replacement, when the value is higher than that of the product originally purchased by the purchaser. Except as expressly provided by the warranty. To the contrary, ELAMOR shall not be obligated or liable for labor or other costs related o installation, repair or replacement of a ELAMOR product, of for loss of, of damage to any material which is not sold by ELAMOR
