Tip: Lay the bracket flat and gently pull the two covers apart from the top and bottom first this should help the other tabs release from their holders -
Remove the bottom 2x M6 securing bolts using spanner ‘K’ (provided) which secures TV mounting plate to the bracket arm (DO NOT remove the top 2x locking nuts that adjust tilt).
Step 2 Attaching TV to Mounting Plate
Step 2a For VESA sizes 100×100 up to 200x200mm
- Lay TV face down on a flat surface to access 4 fixing points (VESA) at the back of TV.
- Position mounting plate onto back of the TV with flat side facing TV and align to the 4 fixing points. Use relevant bolts washers and spacers to secure the mounting plate to your TV.

Step 3 Positioning and Marking Out
Before marking out please note the centre line of the face plate will be
offset (127mm/5″ left or right) to the wall fixing plate when the wall mount
is folded back to the wall – see Diagram ‘F’. Position the mount on the
wall using the wall fixing plate as a template and mark using a spirit level
and pencil. (Ensure your markings are level both horizontally and vertically
on the wall before drilling). This bracket is designed to be attached to
either fixed wooden studs within traditional plasterboard (drywall) walls or
into solid brick or concrete walls.
Step 3a (Wood Stud Installation) Diagram ‘G’
- For mounting to wooden studs — carefully locate the wooden stud and mark the position of the holes level vertically and dirill into the wood using a 4mm drill to a depth of 80mm – see Diagram ‘G’.
- To mount your bracket hold in position and insert the supplied screws ‘L’ and fully tighten into the wood using a 12mm socket set or spanner (plastic plugs are not required).
Step 3b (Brick & Concrete Installation)
- For mounting to concrete or brick walls, please mark the wall carefully and drill using a 10mm masonry drill to the length of the screw, a depth of 80mm – see step
- Fully insert the plastic plugs into the solid wall (pushed beyond any plaster).
- Please ensure they fit securely and are not visible in the holes before tightening the screws ‘L’ into the plastic plugs – see diagram ‘H’
Step 3¢
-
Many modern houses have an air-gap behind plasterboard or drywall. Our fixings are only designed to work with the plastic plug fully inserted into the brick or concrete that lies behind any plaster or drywall air gap. To use our fixings in this way YOU MUST insert the plug past any plaster/drywall and fully into the underlying brick or concrete to gain a secure fixing. (The drill depth may have to be increased to ensure the plug can be fully inserted to the brick or concrete).
-
When fitting, the screw must be at least 3/4 of the way into the plug, and the plug must be fully inserted into brick or concrete to be effective – see diagram ‘I’
-
Depending on the plasterboard/drywall air gap you may need to purchase longer fixings toensure a secure fix.
WARNING
Please see diagram right for correct installation of screws & plugs
Step 4a Securing and Level Adjustment of your TV
Two people are recommended to complete this step.
-
Carefully lift the TV and mounting plate assembly from Step 2a/b and hook the keyhole slot (1.) over the wall brackets circular safety securing point (2.) Slide down to secure in place. (Before letting go, pull down
gently to test TV is located securely whilst keeping a firm grip of the TV). -
Once located in place make sure your TV is level then replace the 2x M6 securing bolts which were removed in Step 1, then fully tighten both bolts to secure your TV to the wall bracket – see Diagram ‘J”.
-
Replace the wall fixing plate covers that was also removed in Step 1 – see Diagram ‘K.
Step 4b Cable Management and Tilt Adjustment
-
Route your TV cables along the arms of the bracket, leaving slack around the joints and clip the cable management pieces back on – see Diagram ‘L.
-
To adjust the tilt there are two screws located behind the mounting plate – see Diagram ‘M ’. Tighten the screws so the TV tilts freely but not on its own accord.
