GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to person, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using this unit.
- Use only for intended household use as described in this manual.
- Plug the fan directly into a 120 V A/C electrical outlet.
- Never insert your fingers, pencils, or other objects through the fan guard during operation.
- The fan should be used on a stable and level surface. Do not operate without the guard being properly in place.
- Do not expose the fan to excessive heat or humidity. This could cause damage to the electrical components.
- Do not immerse in any type of liquid. Do not use near water.
- The fan should be kept out of the reach of children. Close supervision is necessary when the fan is used by or near children.
- Do not operate this or any appliance with a damaged cord, if the unit malfunctions, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Connect to a properly polarized outlet only.
- Do not cover the cord or place near heat sources. Keep the cord away from high traffic areas, and do not submerge in water.
- Unplug the fan before moving, cleaning, or making repairs. NOTE: If for any reason this unit requires service, return appliance to manufacturer or a qualified service rson to ensure safety.
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
- To disconnect, grip plug and pull from wall outlet. Never pull on the cord to unplug.
- For indoor use only.
Grounding Methods
This fan has a grounded three pronged plug intended to fit into a three slot outlet (A). An adapter is available for connecting three pronged plugs into two slot outlets (B). When doing so, the green grounding tab extending from the adapter must be fastened under the wall plate’s metal screw. The adapter should not be used if a three-slot outlet is available.
DO NOT OVERRIDE THE SAFETY PURPOSE OF THE GOUNDED PLUG.
Wall Mount Installation
Tools Needed
Phillips screwdriver Adjustable wrench (included in accessory bag)

Secure the wall mount to the desired location with appropriate hardware (not provided).

Attach the bend pipe to the wall mount with the provided bolts. Tighten the bolts.

Loosen the Phillips head set screw on the lower supporter. Attach the motor to the bend pipe by using the M12x40 screw, nut, and washer to connect the lower supporter to the upper supporter. Tighten the M12x40 screw and the Phillips head set screw. Ensure the screws are tight.
The installer MUST be certain that he support bracket is mounted to a minimum of a 2×4″ stud, and that it is able to support 50 pounds continuously. -
Remove the four (4) M6x10 Phillips head flange screws from the motor.

Attach the rear guard to the motor with the four (4) M6x10 Phillips head flange screws.

Attach the blade to the motor shaft by using the allen wrench (in accessory bag). Make sure the hex set screw is facing toward the motor (hub down) when attaching.

Attach the front guard to the rear guard, using the snap joint to tighten.
Operating Instructions
- Confirm that the speed control knob is set to “O” off. Plug the cord into a standard 120 V A/C outlet.
- Adjust to the desired speed setting.

NOTE: The bolts and screws are mix of metric and standard.
Cleaning /Maintenance
- Set the Speed Control Knob to “O” off and unplug the fan.
- Clean the fan head and mount using a damp cloth and a mild detergent, if necessary. Make certain all detergent residue is removed.
- Never use abrasive cleaning agent or solvents. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the unit.
- Do not immerse the fan in any form of liquid. Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor housing.
Fan Blade Cleaning
- Make certain the fan is unplugged. Unlock the metal clips on the front guard and remove the front guard. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the set screw and remove the fan blade.
- The fan blade and guard may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Reassemble the fan after the parts have dried completly. To do so, replace the fan blade, tighten the set screw, and secure the front guard with metal clips. Do not plud the fan into an electrical outlet until it is fully reassembled.

WARRANTS THIS PRODUCT TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER ONLY, TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF INITIAL PURCHASE. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE PROPERLY INSTALLED, MAINTAINED AND OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED. PINNACLE CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. REQUIRES REASON- ABLE PROOF OF YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER OR DISTRIBUTOR. THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR SALES SLIP, INVOICE, OR CANCELLED CHECK FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS, WHICH PROVE DEFECTIVE UNDER NORMAL USE AND SERVICE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND WHICH PINNACLE CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL DETERMINE AT ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR RENTAL USE.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE REPLACEMENT OF BELTS OR TIGHTENING OF BELTS, OR ANY FAILURES OR OPERATING DIFFICULTIES DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ACCI-DENT, ABUSE, MISUSE, ALTERATION, MISAPPLICATION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY. FAILURE TO PERFORM NORMAL AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON THE FAN, SHIPPING DAMAGE, DAMAGE RELATED TO INSECTS, BIRDS, OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND, AND DAMAGE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE ALSO NOT COVERED. IN ADDITION, THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE TO THE FINISH, SUCH AS SCRATCHES, DENTS, DISCOLORATION, RUST OR OTHER WEATHER DAMAGE, AFTER PURCHASE. ALL TRANSPORTATION COSTS FOR THE RETURN OF THE DAM- AGED PRODUCT OR PARTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. UPON RECEIPT OF THE DAMAGED ITEM, PINNACLE CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. WILL EXAMINE THE ITEM AND DETERMINE IF DEFECTIVE.
PINNACLE CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE AND RETURN THE ITEM, FREIGHT PRE-PAID. IF PINNACLE CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FINDS THE ITEM TO BE IN NORMAL OPERATING CONDITION, OR NOT DEFECTIVE, THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED FREIGHT COLLECT.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. PINNACLE
CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. DIS-CLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE
PUR-CHASED FROM SELLERS OTHER THAN AUTHORIZED RETAILERS OR DISTRIBUTORS. AFTER
THE PERIOD OF THE ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY EXPIRES, PINNACLE CLIMATE
TECHNOLOGIES, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR APPLICATION. FURTHER, PINNACLE CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD
