Operating Buttons

  1. ON/RESET: Power On / Reset Data
  2. SET: Set 4 Modes
  3. UP: Add to Values
  4. DOWN: Reduce Values
  5. WEIGHT: Personal Weight (Must be set for calories count.)
  6. JUMPS: Actual Jump Value / Set Jump Value
  7. TIMER: Actual Timer Value / Set Countdown Value
  8. CALORIES: Calories Counter

Assembling

  1. Pass the rope through one of the holes in the adjustment buckle and the handle respectively.
  2. Twist the rope around and insert it into another hole of the handle and the adjustment buckle.
  3. Adjust the rope to the right length and put on the protective cover.

Setting Up

ON/RESET: Press and hold this button 3S to turn on or return to zero. You can set your WEIGHT, TIMER, and target JUMPS after resetting.
SET: Press and hold this button 2S to enter ‘WEIGHT setting mode, where the weight value flashes. Press ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ to add or reduce the value (from 20 to 110 kg). When finished press the ‘SET again to confirm, and automatically enter the ‘TIMER’ setting mode.
TIMER: When the time value flashes, press ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ as before to add or reduce the value (from 0 to 60 min). When finished press the ‘SET’ again to confirm, and automatically enter the ‘JUMPS’ setting mode.
JUMPS: When the jumps value flashes, press ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ as before to add or reduce the value (from 0 to 1000 in intervals of 10). When finished press the ‘SET’ to confirm, and you are done with the basic settings.
Notes
a. If you don’t need to set ‘TIMER’ or ‘JUMPS’, after setting ‘WEIGHT’, press ‘SET’ button 3 times to skip. ‘TIMER’ and ‘JUMPS’ will start counting incrementally in this configuration.
b. ‘TIMER’ and ‘JUMPS’ counter will run simultaneously when you jump. If you have set target for both ‘TIMER’ or ‘JUMPS’, the unit will ‘beep’ when either target is reached. You can check the number of calories burned any time.
c. First 5 jumps will not appear on the display, you will see the count from the 6th and onwards.

Special Notes

  1. There is no OFF button, this product will automatically power off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
  2. The data will resume when you turn it on next time.
  3. The calorie count range is 0-999 Kcal.
  4. The unit has a built-in backlight, which makes it easy to view the display even in dark environments. Press the ‘ON/RESET or ‘SET’ button and the backlight will turn on for 10S.

Attentions

  • Avoid dropping on hard surfaces.
  • Avoid putting pressure on the LCD display as it is not a touch sensor.
  • Avoid using it in a humid environment, as water ingress will seriously damage the unit.
  • Change the battery when LCD display appeared fuzzy. Use the supplied spare battery and screwdriver for replacement.
