Product Information

The product is equipped with a quick-charge feature that allows for total cordless use, eliminating the need for charging while in use. It offers the convenience of uninterrupted operation. To achieve full battery capacity, the unit can be charged for a maximum of 2 hours.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before initial use, ensure the unit is fully charged. Connect the charging cable to the unit and plug it into a power source.
2. The charging indicator light will illuminate to indicate that the unit is charging.
3. Allow the unit to charge for a maximum of 2 hours to achieve full battery capacity.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable from the unit.
5. The unit is now ready for use.
6. During operation, the unit can be used cordlessly without the need for continuous charging.
7. If the battery level becomes low during use, connect the charging cable and plug it into a power source to charge the unit.
8. It is recommended to keep the unit charged when not in use to maintain optimal battery performance.

Warnings

• It doesn’t chop and liquidifies everything on both modes – To chop & liquifies, please use 5 – 10 pulses by pressing & releasing the chop button every 10 seconds. Then press the chop button continuously.

• Not charging – Please charge unit for 2 hrs maximum under the recommended ambient charging temperature: 50°F−104°F (10°C−40°C), until the 3 blue LED lights fully illuminate.

• Defective – Please ensure the bowl & lid are properly aligned & locked into place (pls see detail info in the instruction manual under the “Assembly” section).

• Doesn’t work while charging – The unit is designed with a quick-charge feature for total cordless use so in essence no charging is required when in use.

• We charged the battery for • not even able to grind meat well. Please use pulse motion by pressing & releasing the grind button for few seconds first & then press the grind
  button continuously to process meat fully. Please see further info under the “Operation/Technique Chart”.

• Won’t turn on. – Please ensure the bowl & lid are properly aligned & locked into place (pls see detail info in the instruction manual under the “Assembly” section).

• Not working – Please ensure the bowl & lid are properly aligned & locked into place ( pls see detail info in the instruction manual under the “Assembly” section).

• It doesn’t work out of thin air even after a whole night of charging – Please ensure
  the bowl & lid are properly aligned & locked into place (pls see detail info in the instruction manual under the “Assembly” section).

• Does a poor job at grinding many things. – For optimum grinding, please use the pulse motion by pressing & releasing the grind button for few seconds first, then press the grind button continuously.

• Does not work with cable plugged in, low battery capacity – The unit is designedw ith a quick-charge feature for total cordless use so in essence no charging is required when in
  use. For full/high battery capacity, the unit can be charged for a maximum of 2 hours.
