FAQ:

Q:I purchased a product with a hard disk. After receiving the product, I turned on the system and found that there is no hard disk information on the hard disk setting page?

A: 1. Please turn the NVR upside down and observe whether there is a hard disk installed in the system from the cooling hole at the bottom;; 2. If you observe that there is a hard disk inside the NVR, please unscrew the 4 screws of the casing, re-plug the hard disk data cable and power cable to ensure that the wire ends are in tight contact and not loose. At the same time, you should also ensure that the hard disk data cable and power cable interface on the motherboard are stable; 3. After the completion, please re-power the NVR, enter the hard disk setting option to check whether the hard disk is recognized,if the problem still persists, please contact us Email: [email protected].

Q:Q: What should I do if I forget the password I set?

Q: I connected a monitor, but there is no picture, what should I do?

A: The factory default display output resolution of this product is 1280*1024. If the resolution of the display you connect is too high (generally, the larger the screen size, the higher the resolution) exceeds the default resolution range, it is possible that there is no signal on the display, you need to modify and reduce the resolution of the display; when you need to replace the display device, please adjust the resolution parameters of the NVR to be consistent with the new display device, and then unplug the HDMI cable.

Q: Can this system be used without connecting to my home router?

A: Yes. The NVR is connected to the Internet so that you can use the APP for remote access, and it will not affect the operation of the entire system.

Q: What should I do if the camera screen is lost and the connection fails?

A: In this case, you can troubleshoot according to the following instructions Normal working status: The green light of the RJ45 port of the NVR is always on, and the yellow light flashes rapidly; The tail light indicator of the camera is always on; Press and hold the photoresistor with your hand (refer to the IP camera description above for the position of the resistor), it will trigger the light to turn on; If the above conditions of your device are normal, please unplug the network cable of the camera that lost the image at the NVR end, then delete the camera on the system channel interface, wait for a few minutes and then re-plug the network cable to add the camera. If the problem is not resolved, you are welcome to contact us Email: [email protected]

Q: Can the length of the network cable between the camera and the NVR be extended?

A: If you need longer distance transmission, please make sure the cable length does not exceed 260ft.
