Q1: Do these headlights need additional anti-flickering decoders or resistors for my car? Q2: After installing these headlight,! get an error message saying I need to check left & right headlight.any solutions?
A: Our LED headlight work well for most car model.But some car model don't recognize the headlight automatically besides the original bulb so there will have flicker or error code. If you get those problems, please contact us for the decoder or resistor.
03: Why the plug of the H1 LED headlight don't fit the bulb connector or my car?
A: H1 bulb are customized for different car model. Scenario 1: There is only one positive pin.and the negative pin is connected to the metal bracket directly.Since the headlight must connect with both positive and negative pin.You need to pull the negative cable which is fixed on the bracket,and insert it into the headlight plug as the negative pin. Scenario 2: If the positive and negative cables are combined in to one, please contact us for one pair connector adapter.
Q4: When I switch the headlight from high beam to low beam.the high beam stay active? Do you have any ideas?(H4/9007/H13 Model) QS: When I turn on my fog light.the high beam stay on.ls there a way to fix this?
A: There is a problem with the electric circuit of the high beam.It makes return circuit itself.Please contact us and we will send a set of special wire harness to help you.
Q6: Why after installing the headlight,! have static interference in my radio?
A: If there have radio interference after installing,please contact us and we will send the decoder to help you solve.There is a capacitor inside the decoder, it can filter the interference current of LED bulb.
Q7: The dust cover does not fit the headlight assembly because the fan is too big. What should I do?
A: The LED headlight needs a heat sink at the bottom for better heat dissipation. Because LED bulb is a refitting part of the car, not the original one. If you have this problem, please contact us and give us more detail about your original dust cover, then we will provide some instructions or dust cover for replacement.
QB: I can't fit 9007/H? bulb in the headlight assembly with the lock ring/retainer clip. what should I do?
h7: You may need the extra base adapter(retainer ring)to hold the headlight bulb. different vehicles use different type of base adapter. if you need, please contact us with the picture of your original base adapter.

Attention:
The following conditions are beyond warranty scope.
- Canbus problem: when replace the original halogen bulb with LED bulb, some vehicles may meet with Canbus problem like light flickering etc, please connect suitable decoder to solve the can bus problems.
- Man-made reason: man-made reason lead to broken led chip, chapped wire. User modify or repair the bulb themselves etc.
- installation problem: some vehicles may can not install our product because of small installation space or installation position doesn’t fit etc.
- Natural disaster. Damage because of irresistible natural disaster like earthquake. Flood etc.
