Connecting the Smartwatch

  1. Download the JYouPro app from the Google Play Store or App Store, or scan the provided QR code.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
  3. Open the JYouPro app and bind the device.
  4. Find the watch model in the watch settings and connect to it.

Getting Message Notifications

  1. Ensure that you have allowed “JYouPro” to send notifications in your phone settings.
  2. Once connected, open the JYouPro app and navigate to Message notification.
  3. Select the notifications you want to receive, such as phone calls, text messages, Facebook, or Twitter.
  4. Make sure the “JYouPro” app has permission to read notifications to receive message notifications.

Controlling Music

  1. Ensure that the watch is successfully paired with your phone through the JYouPro app and Bluetooth.
  2. Open your music app on your phone.
  3. Use the watch to control music playback, including play/pause, track selection, and volume adjustment.

Changing the Watch Dial

You can change the watch dial in three ways:

There are 3 ways to change the watch dial:

  1. Long press the screen, and you can switch the watch face.
  2. Under connection, open the “JYouPro” APP and tap “Device” , you can find Dial market and choose the watch face you like.
  3. Open the “JYouPro” APP and tap “Customer wallpaper”, Click on it and choose your favorite picture from your phone album.

Q: My watch cannot connect to my iPhone, what should I do?

  1. Download the APP “JYouPro”.
  2. Then turn on the Bluetooth function of the smartphone.
  3. Open the APP, click “Device”, search for the smartwatch, and add it. If permission is required, allow all. The connection is complete.

Q: I can’t charge my watch, what should I do?
Please insert the attached charger into the 5V1A or 5V500mAh adapter, and charge it to the charging contacts of the watch. You may not be able to charge it by plugging it into a high-current adapter

Q: The watch can’t answer the call, how to solve it?

  • If the audio Bluetooth is not connected, it will not respond.
  • Please allow all permissions when connecting, and the audio Bluetooth will connect automatically.
  • After connecting the audio Bluetooth, you can answer the incoming call.

Q: Bluetooth keeps disconnecting, how to solve it?
Please make sure that the distance between the phone and the watch does not exceed 10 meters, and then keep the “JYouPro” APP running in the background

Q: After the APP upgrade, the watch cannot be turned on, what should I do?
Please note:

  1. You cannot exit the APP during the upgrade.
  2. Make sure that the watch is connected to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone.
  3. If the app is closed or the Bluetooth is disconnected during the upgrade, the upgrade will fail. You can try to charge and activate the watch, and the watch will return to the main interface after five minutes.

Q : Why can’t I make and receive calls on my watch after connecting to my phone?

  1. After the watch is connected to the mobile phone through the APP, it also needs to be connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth.
  2. When the watch is connected to the mobile phone through the APP for the first time, the APP will prompt to connect to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. Subsequent connections will not be prompted, and sometimes you need to manually connect to the phone’s Bluetooth
  3. APP Bluetooth is used to synchronize messages and data, and audio Bluetooth (mobile phone Bluetooth) is used for calls and audio transmission. If you don’t need to transmit sound through your mobile phone, you can disconnect the audioBluetooth and only keep the APP Bluetooth.
