How to Connect BT

1. Turn on both speakers.
2. Turn on the “BT” Button

3. Turn on your phone’s BT Settings, search for and connect BT “KMAG-GO”

Note: If the BT Speaker’s sound is too low, please check your device settings
(Turn off the “Reduce loud sounds” button as Picture shown).

TWS Mode

The two machines synchronize with each other to connect your BT, doubling your happiness

A: The Host: First Prompt
B: The Slave: Second Prompt

How to Use TWS Mode

1. Turn on both speakers.
2. Activate the TWS mode on both devices by pressing the TWS button.
3. When the 2 BT speakers have a prompt tone, indicating that the two speakers have successfully connected. And then you can connect the BT follow “How to connect BT” Shown.

Note: The machine that plays the prompt tone first is the HOST, and the other is the SLAVE. When using a USB connection, please plug the USB into the HOST speaker to play the music.

Troubleshooting

Disconnect all functions and reconnect the machine, when any questions.

1. Disconnect the “ TWS” mode of 2 machines
2. “Forget” the your phone’s BT and Disconnect your phone’s BT button
3. Turn off the BT speaker and restart it 5 seconds later
4. (Repeat the steps for connecting TWS, if needed)
5. Repeat the steps for connecting to Bluetooth.

1. Please Fully charge the BT speaker before every use, especially Firstly you receive it.
2. To improve battery life, please charge it at least once every 3 months.
3. Dry environment mild temperature, moderate volume, and suitable use time are conducive to extending the product’s service life.
4. Avoid liquids and water when the BT speaker is connected to any cable. For example, Charging when wet will damage the speaker. It is recommended that you charge after the product is completely dry.
5. When you want to remove the stain on the machine, wipe it with a paper towel or wet paper towel, and it is not recommended to rinse with water directly.
6. Please clean the product immediately alter use in pool or ocean etc. otherwise chemicals, salts or “foreign particles” in the pool or ocean can damage the waterproof seal or damage the connector surface.
7. When using an external adapter, the output voltage/current of the outer adapter should not exceed 5V / 2A.
