Product Usage Instructions

  1. How to download the app?
    To download the FitCloudPro app, you can either search for it on Google Play or the App Store. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided to download the app.

  2. How to connect your watch to your phone?
    Make sure you have installed the FitCloudPro app on your phone. Open the app and grant all necessary permissions. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your watch to your phone.

  3. How to receive the messages on the watch?
    If you have already granted all necessary permissions during the app installation process, open the FitCloudPro app on your phone. Ensure that the app is allowed to receive notifications. Messages will then be displayed on your watch.

  4. What should I do if the sleep function doesn’t work?
    If you are experiencing issues with the sleep function, try restarting both your watch and phone. Make sure that you have the latest version of the FitCloudPro app installed. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual or contact customer support.

  5. What should I do if the measurements of blood oxygen, blood pressure, and heart rate are inaccurate?
    If you find that the measurements of blood oxygen, blood pressure, or heart rate are inaccurate, ensure that the watch is properly positioned on your wrist. Follow the recommended guidelines for measurement and avoid any external factors that may affect the accuracy.   6. How to add a Business Card?
    To add a business card, first save your QR code to your phone’s album. Open the FitCloudPro app and navigate to the business card section. Follow the instructions within the app to add your business card information, including scanning the saved QR code.

  7. How to set the watch reminder mode?
    To set the watch reminder mode, open the FitCloudPro app and access the settings menu. Look for the reminder options and customize them according to your preferences. Follow the instructions within the app to save the changes.

  8. How to adjust the brightness and set the duration of the screen-on time?
    To adjust the brightness of the watch, swipe down on the home screen of the watch. This will reveal a brightness adjustment option. Use this option to set your desired brightness level.     Open the app FitCloudPro, click Device » Add Peripheral Now » Search Now » click P95 » click icon on the watch screen to complete the connection.
    NOTE:
    Please enable Bluetooth Pairing Request and allow P95 to receive your phone’s notifications during pairing.

  • How to receive the messages on the watch?
    • If you have allowed all permissions when installing the app, please open the app FitCloudPro » Device » Push Notifications » Turn on the app you want to receive notifications.
    • If you did not allowed all permissions when installing the app, please uninstall and reinstall the app, and allow all permissions. Then repeat the above steps.
  • What should I do if the sleep function doesn’t work?
    • It may be that your wrist moves more during sleep, and the sensor judges that it is not sleep, resulting in no sleep information being recorded. It is recommended that you wear the watch on your non-dominant hand while you sleep. (For example, if you are right-handed, please wear the watch on your left hand)
    • The sleep function only records sleep data at night.
    • When wearing the device, make sure that the front of the device is facing up. Wear it on the back of the wrist bone while making sure the watch is close to the skin. Avoid wearing it too loose or too tight, which may cause sleep data inaccurate.
  • What should I do if the measurements of blood oxygen, blood pressure and heart rate are inaccurate?
1. Incorrect wearing posture will affect the measurement of heart rate, such as the deviation of the green light detector when the watch is not close to the skin.
2. Swing of the arm and dislocation of the watch on the skin. Wearing the watch too tightly, raising your hand or make a fist will affect blood circulation, it may also affect the heart rate.
3. You can set your preferred wristwear in the app (Device » Wrist Preference). Then wear your watch with the right fit – not too tight, not too loose and with room for your skin to breathe – will keep you comfortable and allow the sensors to do their jobs.

  • How to add Business Card?
1. Firstly, save your QR code to your album.
2. Secondly, click Device » Business Card » choose the app that you want to add » click icon to add your QR code.
3. Then, you can check your QR code on your watch.
  • How to set the watch reminder mode?
    • Under connection, click Settings on the watch screen » swipe up to click Vibration&Ring » Mode » Choose Mute / Vibration / Vibration&Ring.
    • Click Settings on the watch screen » swipe up to click Vibration&Ring » Vibration, you can set Vibration intensity.

  • How to adjust the brightness and set the duration of the screen-on time?
    • Under connection, click Settings on the watch screen » swipe up to click Screen display » You can adjust brightness and set the screen time.
    • Also, swipe down home screen of the watch, you can adjust brightness (Just like the sixth image shows).

  • How to switch watch faces?

    • Under connection, open the app » Device » watch face » you can choose the built-in watch face or custom watch face from your album.
    • Click Settings on the watch screen » swipe up to click Screen display » Dial switch » you can choose one from your usual dials.
  • How to change unit?
    Under connection, click Me » Unit Prefer » you can change the unit you want.

  • How to set the female health function?
    After the watch is connected to the FitCloudPro app, click Me » Women’s Health » you can set the start time, duration cycle and reminder.

  • How to switch the watch language?
    Normally, language will sync with your phone after the watch is connected to your phone. In addition, click Settings on the watch screen » Language » you can set device language.

  • How to set watch time and time format?

    • Set the watch time: Please connect the watch with your phone firstly. Then the watch time will be synchronized with the phone time.Set the time format: Under connection, click Device » Time Format » select 12 or 24 hours.
    • And, you can set time or date on the watch: Click Settings on the watch screen » Set Time.

  • How to add contacts, make calls and use voice assistant?
1. Under connection, click Device in the app » Favorite Contacts » add your favorite contacts from your phone contacts. The watch will sync the contacts.
2. You can make calls through Dial / Contact person / Call records on the watch under connection.
3. Click Voice assistant on the watch » you can easily to control your phone to play music, check weather and so on.
  • How to set your watch password?
    Click Settings on the watch screen » Password » you can set or change the password.
