Usage Suggestions

For New User

Strictly follow the operating instructions, orient the logo of the foot massager instrument towards you, press the adjustment button, and adjust to a suitable angle. We recommend starting in the lowest gear. Let your foot slowly receive the force of the massage instrument first, and then try using a higher gear.

When the health of the human body occurs, these specific reflex areas on the soles of the feet will have some reactions. Stimulating these reflex areas can achieve a health-regulatory effect on corresponding organs.

For Long-time Users

When your feet feel sore, do not adjust the instrument to the highest gear to avoid unnecessary injury. Instead, start at the lowest gear and turn on the heating function to improve the blood circulation of the massage area, which is more conducive to achieving the most comfortable massage experience.

Maintaining good massage habits can adjust the operating environment of organs, promote hormone production, and accelerate human metabolism. In addition, it can improve sleep quality, alleviate tense emotions, and is a comfortable and enjoyable process.

For Nurse

When you have experienced a hard day’s work, we hope you can put it down and return to your own world. A foot massage machine can help you do this. TISSCARE Massage can promote blood circulation, relax tense muscles and emotions, and help you take away unpleasant feelings throughout the day. After work, sit on the sofa or lie in bed, listen to music, enjoy the massage, and put away the day’s tiredness.

For Teachers

Your feet must bear the weight of your entire body whenever you stand. Stop and give your feet a rest. Simulate massaging your arms and apply heat in two gears. Relax your feet as quickly as possible. Through massage, you can still energize your tired feet, release your tense muscles and emotions, and have the energy to do what you need to.

For Diabetic Patients

Consult your doctor before using the foot massager. Sit on a chair and place your feet on the massager. Select your preferred massage mode and intensity level. Start the massager and monitor your blood sugar levels before and after use.

It can improve the symptoms of diabetes and also has a good auxiliary effect on controlling blood sugar. In addition, massaging the soles of the feet can not only improve diabetes but also promote the digestion of the gastrointestinal tract, maintain the spleen and stomach, and reduce the liver fire.
