HOW TO CHARGE

1. Plug in the Type-C cable to power on the wireless charger, the white light will be on.
2. Put your phone on the phone charging pad, it will be automatically charged and the blue light will breathe. If it is magnetically attached to the pad, you can adjust the height and angle of view by folding and stretching the adjustable metal bar if you want
3. To charge your iWatch, pull out the iWatch charging drawer below the right of the whole charger first, then put your iWatch to charge on the iWatch charging pad, you can turn up the pad to charge horizontally, especially for single round watch strap.
4. Place your earbuds case in the center of the earbuds charging area to make sure the charging light of the earbuds case is on, then charging is getting started.

FAQ

If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:

1. The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
2. Put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your phone line up with the one inside the wireless charger).
3. The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below the center.
4. Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging.
5. Check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger.

If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following:

1. Please restart your cell phone and test with another USB cable.
2. Please check whether the indicator turns on or not.
3. The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below the center.
4. Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging.
5. Check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger.

If you’re using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3.0 Adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try this:

1. Replacing the cable connecting your wireless charger.
2. Rebooting your phone.
3. Unplug the adapter and reinsert it.

Charging is still slow.

• The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the Wireless charging current to be different, or the application running consumes a lot of power v, when the mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the application.

The phone is charging intermittently, or the indicator light flashes.

• If the charging current is not enough, please use an adapter with sufficient power 9V/2A or 18W above.

Charging fever.

• It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the wireless charger is too hot, please take your phone off it, 1Mnen the wireless charger is cooled down, please charge it again.

The charger does not work Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards in the charging area.

• If the product does not work due to overheating. please take off the phone and charge it again when it is cooled down.
