SAFETY GUIDELINES
Attention
Please read this manual thoroughly before using this tool and follow the basic
safety guidelines to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal
injury. Please save the instructions for future reference.
- Kep the workplace clean and tidy, the messy workplace is prone to danger.
- Please check the working environment before work. Do not use it in places with water or humidity. Do not use it near flammable liquids or gases.
- When moving the tool, please do not pull the power cord, and do not make the power cord contact with heat source or oil.
- Use suitable extension cords when working outdoors.
- In order to avoid electric shock, the body should not be close to the grounded objects, such as: pipelines. heating furnaces and refrigerators.
- Avoid getting children and other people close to the workplace and contact tools. When the tool is not in use, the power cord should be removed from the power outlet and placed in a high place to avoid contact with children.
- Please use iron hoop or vise to fix the workpiece, do not hold it by hand.
- Pay attention to the state of use, stay alert and avoid using tools when tired.
- Do not be too hasty when working, always maintain a balanced operation.
- Carefully maintain the tool to maintain good performance. Please follow the instructions to add lubricant and replace original parts. Be careful to keep the power cord intact. If it is damaged, please replace it immediately. Keep the grip dry and clean and away from oil.

SUPPLEMENTARY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE OPERATION
- Please select the power supply according to the voltage used on the tool.
- Always hold the tool at all times when using the tool at a height.
- Do not place the tool until the tool has cooled completely.

MAIN USE OF PLASTIC WELDING GUNS

INSTRUCTIONS
- After installing the welding pin, electrify and heat for 5 seconds, insert the heating welding nail into the plastic product to be repaired, release the switch, cool for 45 seconds, and wrap the welding pin with the repair plastic, and then remove the welding gun
- After installing the welding knife, electrify and heat for 15 seconds to heat and smooth the plastic products to be repaired. After the heating and leveling is completed, cool it for 45 seconds, and then carry out other plastic repair work.
- The welding knife is suitable for high-power DH-B100 plastic welding gun, but not for low-power DHSO plastic welding gun.
