A compact, discreet and reliable all-in-one device with two taste intensity
modes for a more personalised, high-quality heated tobacco experience.
WHAT’S INSIDE YOUR BOX
USING YOUR DEVICE

Ensure device is unlocked. (See “Lock Mode” section for more details). Then, take your preferred iD Tobacco stick and gently insert it into the top of thePULZE device until you reach the line on the filter.

Press and hold the power button. Release after the first vibration (2 seconds) to activate Intense Mode. The LED lights will flash in teal colour. For Mild Mode, continue to hold and release after the double vibration (4 seconds). The LED lights will flash in white colour.

After selecting your taste intensity mode, your device will begin heating and the LED lights will flash.
Once the device is ready to use, it will vibrate once and the LED lights will remain fully lit. -
Each session lasts 5 minutes and there‘s no puff counter per session.
The LED lights around the power button will fade out counter-clockwise one by one during the session, indicating how much time youhave left in your session. -
When the session is about to end, the device will vibrate and the last LED light will turn orange, indicating there are 30 seconds left. Once the session finishes, the power will turn off automatically.

Remove the ID tobacco stick in 3 steps.
1: Lift the device top cover.
2: Twist the stick.
3: Pull the stick out and dispose of it responsibly.
Twisting the iD tobacco stick while removing it will reduce the chance of tobacco being left behind. The integrated cap will remain open for easy cleaning, however, if no cleaning is needed, simply close the cap.
CHARGING YOUR DEVICE
- To charge your PULZE device, use the wall charger and USB-C cable included in the box. It will take up to 85 minutes to fully charge your device. You can check the battery level of your device at any time by simply pressing the power button.
- The LED lights represent different levels of battery charge. As charging progresses, the LED light colours will display as above. The device has reached 100% charge when the lights turn green.
LOCKING YOUR DEVICE
LOCK: Press the power button 5 times in a rowwithin 2 seconds. All 4 LED
lights will turn red and the device will vibrate 1 time to indicate your
device is now locked.
UNLOCK: Press the power button 5 times in a row within 2 seconds. All 4
LED lights will turn green and the device will vibrate 1 time to indicate your
device is now unlocked.
CLEANING YOUR DEVICE
QUICK CLEAN
Easy and fast cleaning, anywhere, anytime.
- Slide open the top cover, ensuring the integrated cap is open. Use the quick clean tool located at the base of the device to gently remove any tobacco from the heating rod and cavity, taking care not to damage the heating rod.
- Once finished, remove any tobacco from the quick clean tool and return to its position. Push down the top cover and close the integrated cap to prevent dirt or dust getting into the tobacco stick cavity.
WARNING:
The heating rod gets hot during use, therefore care should be taken when
cleaning after use.
Always ensure the device is sufficiently cool before cleaning and only use the
designated PULZE cleaning tools to clean your device.
DEEP CLEAN
To ensure you get the best experience from yourdevice, we recommend giving it
a deep clean every 20 sessions using the PULZE deep clean brush. It‘s easy!
- Slide open the top cover, ensuring the integrated cap is open. Use the deep clean brush to gently remove any tobacco from the heating rod.
- Then, gently remove any tobacco from the stick cavity by rotating the cleaning brush as shown.
- Once finished, push down the top cover and close the integrated cap to prevent dirt or dust getting into the tobacco stick cavity.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND ADVICE
Understand the different levels and colours of the device’s led lights. Here’s
a simple guide of what each display means as well as what you can do in
response.
Electrical fault
Do not use the device and contact the local PULZE Care team.
Top cover release
The top cover is raised. Close before use.
Heating rod error
Do not use the device and contact the local PULZE Care team.
Device temperature above threshold
Allow the device to return to appropriate ambient temperature before use.
Device temperature below threshold
ADVICE
-
Although your PULZE device is designed to work in a wide range of temperatures, the optimal temperature of the surrounding environment should be 10° C – 40° C. In temperatures above 40° C, your PULZE device will disable Intense Mode and you
should activate Mild Mode. In temperatures below 0° C, it may take longer for your PULZE device to reach optimal temperature before use. As a result, the number of sessions per charge may also be reduced. -
Do not use the PULZE devices in places where the use of electronic devices is prohibited.

Spots of discoloration may be seen on the iD Tobacco Sticks after use. This is normal.

Only iD Tobacco Sticks may be used in the PULZE device. iD Tobacco Sticks are sold separately.

The iD Tobacco Stick may only be used once, as after one use the inside of the tobacco will be dry and the taste impaired. Do not use the iD Tobacco Stick again. Dispose of iD Tobacco Sticks responsibly.

Do not light the iD Tobacco Stick with a match or lighter.

Heated tobacco products are made for use by adult smokers only. The consumption of tobacco products is not risk-free.
