How To Use
- Take o ffthe earbuds from charging box.
- The earbud(s) will automatcally power on and pair to each other when removed from the charging case.
- The earbuds will power o ffif they don’t connect to any device within 5 minutes.
- To turn the earbuds back on if they have turned off,either put the earbuds back into the charging case and take them out again,or press the power buton for 3 seconds.
- To pair your earbuds, turn on Bluetooth?on your device and choose EB31211 on the list to connect. When the LED light turns blue, they are paired successfully and you will hear a beep tone.
- To answer a call, short press the earbud power buton once. To reject a call, long press the the earbud power buton for 3 seconds.
- Short press the earbud power buton to stop the music; press it again to resume playing.
- Press L power buton twice to play the previous song. Press R power buton twice to play the next song.
- Long press the earbud touch sensor for 5s untl the red light flashes, then the Bluetooth® device is turned off.
- The earbuds turn o ffautomatcally when the earbuds are away from the Bluetooth® device for a duraton of over 5 minutes.To turn on the earbuds, press the earbud power buton for 5s untl the blue light flashes.
How to Charge
- Charging your case
- Plug in the charging case using the USB-C cable included.
- While the batery case is being charged, the case LED indicator will be flashing red.
- When the case is fully charged, the light will change to solid red.
- Charging your earbuds:
- Place the earbuds inside the charging case and the earbuds will automatcally start charging.
- A solid red light on the earbuds will indicate that the earbuds are charging.
- Once fully charged, The red light will turn off.
- The earbuds and case can be charged simultaneously, but the earbuds will not charge if there is no power in the case. The case needs to have at least a minimum charge to charge the earbuds. You must charge the case and earbuds if it has not been used for more than 3 months.
FAQ
Why can’t I start my TWS earbuds ?
Answer: Please ensure that the earbuds is fully charged for your first use
Why won’t sound come out of the earbuds ?
Answer: Check whether the playback device and the TWS earbuds are successfully
established. If the audio device is not properly connected, please reconnect.
Please also adjust your mobile phone or volume to a suitable volume level.
Why can’t I find this earbuds in my bluetooth® optons?
Answer: Make sure the Bluetooth ?is in “visible mode”. If no pairing occurs,
the Bluetooth® functon will automatcally shut off. Please reopen Bluetooth® to
“visible mode”. If there is a program error, please reboot your phone, and if
a program error is caused by your TWS earbuds, please restart the earbuds.
