This occurs when you normally open a window or door without turning off the heating. The window opening detection mode is visible on the thermostat display thanks to the following symbol .
After 30 minutes, the device will return to the previous mode and the above icon will turn off. To exit the RAF function early, press any button on the thermostat.

Errors
Should errors occur in the boiler, they are signaled via a code visible on the thermostat touch screen which can start with the letter E or with the letter C.
If the error code begins with the letter E, it must be converted into binary format and interpreted following the table below.
Note: If you have difficulty converting, consult your trusted installer.
Bit | Description |
---|---|
0 | Request for intervention |
1 | Remote reset disable/enable |
2 | Low water pressure |
3 | Gas/flame failure |
4 | Air pressure failure |
5 | Water overheating |
If the error code starts with the letter C, the boiler manual must be consulted as the fault/message does not concern the thermostat.
NOTE! To reset a boiler error, directly from the thermostat, simply hold down the and buttons at the same time until the wording RST appears at the top left of the thermostat display.
Thermal curve configuration
Thanks to the Comfort.me DUO OpenTherm it is possible to configure the parameters of the heat curve simply and quickly as desired. By setting a high or low value, it is possible to heat up the surrounding environment more or less quickly, respectively
Note: Setting a high thermal curve value results in higher consumption and lower energy savings.
To access the modification of the thermal curve, press M and simultaneously for 6 seconds and enter the settings. Each press of M will allow you to modify the parameter, position yourself on parameter 56, 58, 59, 60, 61, 64 and/or 67 and set the desired value (see table on page 6).
NOTE! If the thermostat fails to ignite the boiler, it is advisable to
act directly on the thermal curve parameters, in particular on parameter 64
(Pre-selection of the minimum flow temperature set °C).
Therefore, it is advisable to increase the value set for this parameter so
that it is as close as possible to that shown for parameter 56 (Pre-selection
of the maximum flow temperature set °C). In this way the thermal curve will
always calculate a very high value and the heating will start working
immediately
